Hôtel du Palais in Rouen

Very run down hotel.
Very little heating with negative outside temperatures.
I looked everywhere but in the common areas and in particular the common corridor which leads to the external toilets' absence of light and switch ..... with a completely useless step which should be removed because extremely dangerous without light.
Lack of hot water, very painful with the current cold.
A small piece of furniture under the bathroom socket would not be too much.
This evening, returning from the restaurant, door closed. The code did not work and I stand by my statements; please don't make me look like a liar.... i hit several times. In the afternoon, you were more responsive. On the sheet, it is indicated that the reception is open 24 hours a day, which implies a visible presence from the front door... and not that you are hidden behind your desk in a room. No presentation, no decor making you want to stay there, not the slightest bit of information on the must-see places to visit, no flyers. You're just there to collect the money because you can't be said to be killing yourself on the job.

Very dilapidated hotel not much heating no electrical outlet in the bathroom only one near the bed work to do especially for the windows nice staff
