Excellent! The location is superb! Couldn't find a hotel for New Year's Eve 2026, and stumbled upon this one near the Arc de Triomphe – the price wasn't outrageous! Considering many hotels hike up their prices several times over during New Year's, this was a pleasant surprise

I just spent 10+ days at Le Méridien Etoile, and I stay there every time I travel to Paris. Despite being one of the biggest hotel in France, it doesn't feel impersonal, especially thanks to its staff

The gym also has a coffee machine, which is quite unique and not something you see in many hotels around the world — a fun bonus! I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel

Pros: - Location is good and convenient for public transport (RER C, Metro line 1) - Room floor was 4, but even from this floor the Eiffel Tower is well visible, although it is partially covered by a nearby building (not a fancy-looking one) - Room has a medium-size bathtub Cons: - Room has only 1 towel hook

but a little dissapointed as we book the room with Eiffel Tower view but as we stay at level 4, the view is not so great …would recommend other try get higher floor for better view…consider a 4/5 star hotel but there is nth done by the hotel for honeymoon celebration compared to other hotel that is much cheaper… Plus point : Rooftop has nice bar with good Eiffel Tower view

There are many delicious specialty restaurants near the hotel, and bakeries and supermarkets are also within easy reach, which is very convenient

Excellent, I really liked it. It's one of the better places I've stayed during my travels – very quiet with great service. They also offer airport pick-up and drop-off, which is a huge plus!

The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Notre Dame and the Louvre (not far, but Paris has many traffic lights and small road congestion). The cleanliness was excellent

Good hotel, very well located: 2mins away from Glacière metro station (the metro station for the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de triomphe etc …). The hotel lobby is very nice but the rooms are quite outdated

The hotel is really close to the Eiffel Tower, and there's a basketball court right next to it. It's also near high-end hotels like Le Bourmann. Plus, it's conveniently located close to metro and bus stations

The room was great, but the key highlight was the excellent service and fantastic breakfast. It's super close to the tower; you can see it just 100 meters from the hotel entrance.

You can get to the Seine River, Place de la Concorde, or the Champs-Élysées in about half an hour. Overall, it's great, and the room was quite comfortable

After exploring, I returned to the hotel to pick up my stored luggage, and the bellboy was also very nice, bidding me farewell with a 'take care!' My overall impression is that all the hotel staff treat guests with a wonderful, hospitable attitude, making you feel right at home

Negatives: Room service will nickel and dime you for every single thing. They charged me 5 Euros to bring silverware to the room and then wanted me to tip. Breakfast was good, but wildly over priced

Breakfast bar offers everything , from omelets to pastries. Croissants are delicious! Celine greets you with a smile and warm welcome each morning for dining. Of course, location near the Eiffel Tower is a plus!

+ Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport)

The staff in fairness were very friendly and our little one did enjoy the table football. the breakfast could have had a bit more variety of more hot food choices and fresh fruit. However we did enjoy the egg station

The one thing which tarred the experience was one evening their was no hot water. The staff was unable to fix on the night which resulted in us having to take a lukewarm shower which wasn't very pleasant

This is the largest hotel room I've stayed in during a business trip to Paris. Getting around is also convenient, with the Metro Line 14 just a 3-minute walk away

Room offer free water, refill as many as you want. Level 1 has a pool, you need to book for your time slot. Overall, I would highly recommend for family vacation

The good thing is the location is within walking distance to many landmarks, which is convenient for people who like to walk. The bad things are: -The staff is quite disorganized

They thought I booked for 8 nights for 2 people, but I only booked for 2 nights for 1 person. And they didn't even apologize for the mistake. -The phone in the room didn't work

I had to report it twice before they fixed it. - They didn't refill my shower gel from the first day I checked in. It wasn't prepared well at all, the sheets were wrinkled, and there was a lot of dust

This hotel is really not worth the price except for its good location

The room was clean, the water pressure was good, and the facilities were nice. However, the room is a bit small; it feels just right for one person. If you open a 28-inch suitcase, it's inconvenient to walk around

The rooms are exactly as the pictures present, every inch is well used and even though the sink and vanity are outside the shower and toilet, just as the pictures showed, the vanity was bigger than any of the other five hotels we stayed at during our Europe visit

This hotel located nearby train station Gare de Lyon, just 2 min walking distance. It make me very easy to take public transport to visit any place in Paris. The Hotel also very clean and comfortable to stay.

Being able to use the iPad to control lighting, climate, room service, TV was a great feature of the hotel. Great pricing, terrific staff (especially Ambassador G and Marcus), convenient accessible location

Across the street on one side is Gare de Lyon and the Metro. Cross the Seine in the other direction is Gare Austerlitz and via the Metro access to any location on that side of Paris including Versailles

Also, I had prepaid the city tax, but at check-in, they said they couldn't confirm it and asked me to pay on the spot again. Eventually, I got a refund for the on-site payment through customer service

## Dining: The hotel's restaurant is quite good. Breakfast was generous, and both lunch and dinner offered substantial portions

Facilities: The fridge was broken, and the air conditioning barely worked. The cabinet door was also broken. Breakfast was good. The location is convenient with 5 subway lines right outside.

The room is spacious enough for kids to run around. Good for family. Amy was very helpful!

This hotel is very clean and comfortable! The breakfast is the BEST hotel buffet breakfast that I have ever had! I gave the location 4 stars because it is in the Heart of Paris, but honestly in a dirty area - lots of graffiti, garbage and unhoused people (they didnt bother me at all) but it was not as clean as other areas of Paris

Our stay was fantastic, largely thanks to the wonderful staff! Special praise for Aida at the front desk – her empathy and care were exceptional, especially after our daughter's airport accident (broken lip/tooth)

The bathroom lighting was a bit dim, and the shower pressure and flow weren't great, but the cleaning was excellent, including towel changes. The breakfast selection was rich, only lacking hot food

The rooms are well-equipped, especially the bed which is extremely comfortable and even has a reading light, though a kettle and tea/coffee were missing

Bercy may seem like it’s far away from everything but the hotel location was literally a stone’s throw away from the metro and there were plenty of food options within the hotel’s vicinity! Room was comfy for me and my partner and we definitely enjoyed our stay there

If you are planning to travel with train and have a lot of luggage, you better spend 1 day in this hotel before your travel day. Location is great, and you can still enjoy the FnB outlets around it until 1 AM

I enjoyed walking to the Pompidou ( 38 minutes walk) and the Picasso museum ( 38 minutes ). My room was lovely and comfortable. Also, I loved having a refrigerator and appreciated the complimentary water

Hotel location is ultra convenient as located on top of the gare de Lyon. the lobby is at the same level as the departure quays and is at 3 minutes. The hotel rooms are sound proof and just sufficient for 2 persons

Telephone wasn’t working to call Recep 😜。if you need iron your cloth you need to go a an ironing room, which is very small and iron was not hot. Overall is a nice hotel to stay a few days

Super good location! It’s right next to Lafayette for easy shopping, and also close to Café de la Paix. The room is comfy, and we can even see the Eiffel Tower from our window. Really recommend staying here!

We stayed 3 nights and the hotel’s location is its best selling point. Very accessible to numerous Metro lines and some supermarkets nearby. The breakfast spread was also good and reasonably priced

The room was small and there was no kettle. The location was good and convenient, close to the Bastille market on Thursdays and Sundays – you can walk there directly! They have fruit and dairy products there.
