I'd call this hotel's location 'the light of Paris' – it's incredibly convenient, right at the subway station entrance. You can take a direct train to Disneyland and Charles de Gaulle Airport without any transfers

Plus, the nearby Saint-Eustache Church offers evening concerts, which is a fantastic, lesser-known local experience. The hotel rooms are spacious and tidy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils

The front desk even provides travel tips and tourist information. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple, offering limited options if you're staying for multiple days

Excellent hotel! It's located near a shopping area and right next to a metro station, making it super convenient to get to the Louvre and Notre Dame!

The surrounding area is bustling with restaurants, shops, and malls. The Louvre, Notre Dame, and Sainte-Chapelle are all within walking distance

The rooms are equipped with kitchen facilities, including pots, pans, cups, a dishwasher, and dish soap, which was great for cooking our own meals – it satisfied our 'Chinese stomach' and saved us money

The room is a bit dated and isn't cleaned daily, but it's in a great location with a nice environment. Plus, it has a kitchen so you can cook your own meals, and there are free drinks downstairs.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's right across from a major attraction and behind a row of popular foodie streets. The free coffee in the lobby is a must-have before heading out

Self service for many room service needs (taking out your own trash, replacing towels) but was easily accessible at all hours. Great for our first visit to Paris!

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to the Louvre, and there's complimentary coffee in the lobby. The room was also quite spacious.

I had accidentally booked an extra night, and after I spoke with him, he promptly assured me it was no problem and told me not to worry

I left my bags at the front desk because I arrived long before check in time and I was pleasantly surprised when I returned that they already moved my bags up to my room. I also really liked using the sauna

Location is great, right in the Marais and close to some of our fav shops. We are excited for their refurb coming next year, and hope that we will still be able to afford the hotel

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Know that the standard rooms are small, just like most other standard hotels. But the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable

They give you a robe and slippers when you tell them you are going to use the sauna. You have to reserve your spot with the front desk so you basically get it all to yourself

Check-in couldn’t been better and I was (as always) given an early check-in! I was accompanied to my room by Victor from the excellent Butler service team and was blown away by the beautiful room with a balcony and a view on the Point Neuf

I can carry on like this: the Dior Spa, the pool, the birthday cake, the gifts, the flowers, the fantastic turn-down service, the in-room dining, the breakfast…All excellent!!! Spoil yourself and go and stay there

Truly exceptional! Fabulous location. We were able to check in early and transfer to/fr airport was included with our stay. My sister absolutely felt like a princess here

The service was very warm and patient; they even used a translator to translate for me, kudos to the front desk! 👍 However, regarding payment, I chose Alipay for payment after use, which is only available to credit card holders, but I still needed to pay a deposit by credit card upon arrival, which I don't understand

Nice hotel with fantastic rooftop views of Notre Dame, Sacré Cœur and Eiffel Tower. Good location on left bank near the river. Rooms well appointed and include free mini bar.

The simple gym was also very clean. Overall, the experience was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. Everything was fantastic! The location is superb; right outside, you have Line 4, and the CB is very convenient

Although small, it was well-equipped, and having direct USB charging ports was super convenient! The hotel service was excellent; they provided two free bottles of water, and you could ask for more if needed

Hotels in other countries I booked didn't require a deposit; I should have paid directly. The deposit refund said it would take half a month, which is quite troublesome

Wonderful view of Eiffel Tower from our balcony. I didn’t see there’s option of securing a tower view room from other booking platform at this hotel.

Hotel Le Sénat made us very happy because the location, cleanliness, the comfort of the rooms, the view, the breakfast, and especially the kindness and helpfulness of the reception staff were all amazing

The hotel is quiet and our room was large for Paris with excellent amenities, close to local restaurants and patios, yet off the crowded tourist streets. We would definitely choose Le Senat again

Le Senat is highly recommended for its comfort and convenient location - on a quiet one-way street off the Parc Jardins de Luxembourg - with a convenient pull-in parking spot for taxis and Ubers

The hotel is quite close to the Orden metro station, but you have to walk up a narrow, uphill sidewalk to get there. However, there are several metro and bus stations nearby, making it very convenient for getting around

You can also walk to Notre Dame on Île de la Cité in under 15 minutes, and the Luxembourg Gardens are right behind the hotel. The hotel's decor has a charming, old-world feel, clearly showing the building's age

You'll need to ask the front desk for those. The reception staff are very friendly and quick to assist. The room's aisle isn't very wide; you'll need to adjust the chair to open two suitcases simultaneously

Upon check-in, guests receive cookies, caramel peanuts, soft drinks, and a bottle of drinking water (only on the first day). Teacups and wine glasses are provided, but oddly, no teaspoons (?)

The location is unbeatable, it's very convenient to go anywhere, the room feels very good, the location in District 1 is relatively safe, and it's a great stay experience!

The room is not big and it is a bit crowded to put two large suitcases, but it is very central and safe. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the Louvre. There are many restaurants downstairs, including a Chinese restaurant

It’s a nice hotel in the Latin quarter of Paris. It’s walking distance to Notre dame which is the best thing it has going for it. I don’t think the champagne bubble theme was my taster but it’s a well renovated hotel

The location is strategic! Close to the city center and the subway. Many restaurants are at least a 10-minute walk away

The bathroom is small but functional; obviously, and unfortunately, it lacked a bidet. The room also included free water (a carafe) with a coffee maker, shampoo, body lotion, and slippers; conditioner was not available

Amazing location 10 minutes walking distance from the seine, 5 minutes away from late night food and bars and still managed to be in a very quiet area for a peaceful sleep. 7 minutes away from the metro as well

The only thing I would warn against is the single room - it’s too small for a tall guest or anyone with a suitcase. So I upgraded to a double room and had a much more comfortable stay

Be aware that the AC is centrally controlled, and depending on the external temperature, it may be deactivated in the entire building and the concierges may not be able to change this

The breakfasts were phenomenal, the rooms were charming and typical Parisian. The location is excellent in the Latin quarter. Right near The pantheon and Sorbonne. It’s very walkable and in a safe area also

Staff was amazing not often a place that says 24 hour availability means 24 hours but they did. Lastly, it’s good touches found a mini book. Leave library and enjoyed reading several books on my terrace

Bed and pillows very comfortable! Water pressure in the shower was great, had no issue with hot or cold water. Maid service came when needed and did a great job replacing what we needed

We loved our two nights at this hotel, which we chose because of all the other glowing reviews on here! We had to wait a very long time for delivery to our room. I prepaid for each day breakfast, and one day it took so long we never got it… missed out on 40€. The elevator is also very tiny and slow, so plan accordingly

After spending hours researching the different areas in Paris we finally decided on this hotel given its proximity to the river (and therefore to areas such as the Latin quarter) and its overall central location

It is extremely close to public transportation, making it very convenient to get around the city when you are tired of walking One thing to note is that there are a variety of room types that fall within a particular room category

The room is large and elegantly decorated. It is a two-minute walk downstairs to the LV headquarters and restaurant. It is very close to various attractions. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the Louvre

This is not a 5 star hotel when compared to, for example, The Savoy, in London; but, it is a very good 4 star hotel. The breakfast is actually the best breakfast we have had at any hotel or resort, ever

Our stay at LLB was a great stay! Close to everything and lots of shopping and dining options close by. The metro was also very accessible and it’s walkable to the Notre Dame and Luxembourg Garden

I had fallen coming out of the shower and broken a lampshade in my room, and she and the staff were so kind in helping to clean up. She was always the nicest when I passed the front desk coming in and out

The staff was so incredibly friendly! They even had complimentary umbrellas to borrow in the lobby & that came in handy the day it rained during our stay! The breakfast was delicious too! The rooms were very small, I had to put my large suitcase on the bed to open it simply because there was no room

My trip was a very last minute business trip with little time to plan, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful with things like ordering taxis, providing directions, and even booking salon service at a local business

My taxi driver even complimented her level of helpfulness and attention (perhaps unusual for Paris)? I gave 4/5 for the room, but only because my particular room was a little small compared to some countries’ standards

I stayed here back in April (2025). It is a cute boutique hotel, in an ideal location. A nice touch was that the lobby always had a selection of refreshments and sweet treats for the guests

So much so that we asked for the brands of all three so we could purchase at home. Also, the neighborhood was perfect. Not touristy, very cute and Parisian while still friendly to Americans

Only drawback to some maybe that they serve a great breakfast but do not have a regular restaurant onsite. It didn’t bother us as they were many restaurant choices nearby
