I'd call this hotel's location 'the light of Paris' – it's incredibly convenient, right at the subway station entrance. You can take a direct train to Disneyland and Charles de Gaulle Airport without any transfers

Plus, the nearby Saint-Eustache Church offers evening concerts, which is a fantastic, lesser-known local experience. The hotel rooms are spacious and tidy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils

The front desk even provides travel tips and tourist information. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple, offering limited options if you're staying for multiple days

Excellent hotel! It's located near a shopping area and right next to a metro station, making it super convenient to get to the Louvre and Notre Dame!

The surrounding area is bustling with restaurants, shops, and malls. The Louvre, Notre Dame, and Sainte-Chapelle are all within walking distance

The rooms are equipped with kitchen facilities, including pots, pans, cups, a dishwasher, and dish soap, which was great for cooking our own meals – it satisfied our 'Chinese stomach' and saved us money

The room is a bit dated and isn't cleaned daily, but it's in a great location with a nice environment. Plus, it has a kitchen so you can cook your own meals, and there are free drinks downstairs.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's right across from a major attraction and behind a row of popular foodie streets. The free coffee in the lobby is a must-have before heading out

Self service for many room service needs (taking out your own trash, replacing towels) but was easily accessible at all hours. Great for our first visit to Paris!

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to the Louvre, and there's complimentary coffee in the lobby. The room was also quite spacious.

I had accidentally booked an extra night, and after I spoke with him, he promptly assured me it was no problem and told me not to worry

The hotel is quite close to the Orden metro station, but you have to walk up a narrow, uphill sidewalk to get there. However, there are several metro and bus stations nearby, making it very convenient for getting around

The hotel is amazing. Comfortable beds, enough space in the room. Very clean and tidy. Every day you get complementary coffee. :) The location is perfect right. Netflix on tv. Definitely will return when in Paris.

You can also walk to Notre Dame on Île de la Cité in under 15 minutes, and the Luxembourg Gardens are right behind the hotel. The hotel's decor has a charming, old-world feel, clearly showing the building's age

You'll need to ask the front desk for those. The reception staff are very friendly and quick to assist. The room's aisle isn't very wide; you'll need to adjust the chair to open two suitcases simultaneously

Upon check-in, guests receive cookies, caramel peanuts, soft drinks, and a bottle of drinking water (only on the first day). Teacups and wine glasses are provided, but oddly, no teaspoons (?)

Great location, one stayed here twice now! The staff is extremely helpful! Special shout out to Elio and Rafael for their kindness and exceptional support! The breakfast buffet is one of the bests I’ve had for a hotel

After spending hours researching the different areas in Paris we finally decided on this hotel given its proximity to the river (and therefore to areas such as the Latin quarter) and its overall central location

It is extremely close to public transportation, making it very convenient to get around the city when you are tired of walking One thing to note is that there are a variety of room types that fall within a particular room category

The room is large and elegantly decorated. It is a two-minute walk downstairs to the LV headquarters and restaurant. It is very close to various attractions. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the Louvre

10/10 experience, will definitely stay here again!

This is not a 5 star hotel when compared to, for example, The Savoy, in London; but, it is a very good 4 star hotel. The breakfast is actually the best breakfast we have had at any hotel or resort, ever

Attentive staff, all always in fine attire. Note that the drinks are all very expensive. This is one of the best areas in Paris to stay, just a block away from Pont Nuef. We stay five nights and enjoyed our time

The rooms are small but comfortable with every detail. The breakfast is delicious. The location is first class and it has its own charming bar and outdoor garden.

Wonderful hotel in St Gemain des Pres. Excellent facilities, generous rooms especially for Paris, and splendid bed, bathroom, bath and shower

The entire front desk staff and concierge were very professional, kind and courteous throughout the week, and housekeeping left the room immaculate each day with nice little touches at turndown service whether it be little chocolates or fruits

We were a 15 min walk from the Louvre, the Orsay, and the Luxembourg gardens to name a few. Restaurants within and adjacent the 6th district were generally very good, lots of different options to choose from each day

Highly recommend this hotel for your stay, as a couple or small family, you won't be disappointed. I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could, it's one of the very best we've experienced in Europe

A great hotel in a good spot inside the tourist part of the city. I think it was better than expected. All was good except the breakfast that was not bad but not good either.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, trendy, and most important clean. Not to mention it was very reasonably priced

It is in an excellent location, rooms are immaculate and peaceful, the in-room coffee is excellent, the tea service in the afternoon with Kusmi tea is a plus, everyone at the front desk is absolutely wonderful (Un très grand merci à toute l'équipe!)

This is my favorite hotel in Paris

I only wouldn't stay here again because the standard room was so, so small that it was hard to more around the room with our luggages (2 adults)

If you're traveling only with a backpack, then this would be a 100% perfect hotel. But if you have luggages, it's hard because of space

The hotel is charming and in a great location, perfect for getting around and visiting the entire city. The staff is also excellent , it’s a real pleasure to feel cared for by the team working at the hotel

Our 8 day stay at the Hotel Espirit Saint Germain was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! The hotel is lovely, clean, well appointed, and in a fantastic location! The staff was unbelievely personable, kind and very helpful

ESG is our favorite hotel in the Left Bank. It is a small hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The hotel staff are what pushes this hotel to greatness

We stayed at Esprit Saint Germain for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Everything was lovely from start to finish. The hotel has a beautiful design, and the atmosphere feels elegant, warm, and very comfortable

Our unit said Central and using the arrows didn't do anything. Fortunately, it was on the warm side and the windows opened, so we could open them a crack to make it cooler

- Excellent walking distance to Notre Dame (about 10 minutes), Latin Quarter, Pantheon, metro including to the airport, two Michelin one star restaurants - AT (recommend) and Alliance - Clean, comfortable bed with Nespresso coffee maker (original pods), tea and bottle of water with charcoal stick

We got the two twin beds on the 6th floor. Desk and chair and a footstool. - Bathroom was a fine size with roomy shower with a dual head shower and separate wand. - Tissues, soap, shampoo, slippers

Located in the Latin Quarter - a near 10 minute walk to Rue de la Huchette, Notre Dame and metro. Plenty of bars, eateries, galleries and shops nearby. The hotel was warm and welcoming

We loved the photography by Thierry des Ouches and bought a few prints available in the reception area. Our room was lovely with all the amenities you need for a short stay

You do have to hand your key to reception whenever you leave the hotel and collect upon your return. We would stay here again when visiting Paris

Lovely hotel. Lots of character and in a great position for the shops and galleries of St Germain. The rooms were a little dark but the hotel are addressing this. Would stay here again.

Stayed for 5 nights lsat year. Stayed for seven nights in February 2026 and have booked another seven nights for October

Excellent breakfast and the staff were incredible throughout our 3 night stay. The small pool in the basement was a really nice addition to our stay and well worth a visit if you choose to stay here

We go to a few five star hotels like Carrossa in Majorca and Danieli in Venice etc and this is our favourite hotel worldwide. Lovely staff, lovely rooms, lovely atmosphere, lovely location

This was our third time back at L’Hotel. The second time I stayed at the hotel I felt very under the weather after checkout and asked if there had anywhere for me to sit for a while until we were to leave for the flight

The private spa access included for 1hr per day is icing on the cake, after a long day exploring Paris it is very nice to finish everything off with the steam room and swim before taking a last drink for the evening

We were very satisfied with our stay and our very quiet room in the eaves! The shower is wonderful and the space adequate. The service elevator was a bit of a squeeze and i preffered using the stairs

com were different from those on their official website, and the room standards didn't match. I ended up paying more for an upgrade, but overall it was okay. Any issues I brought up were communicated and resolved

The service was very warm and patient; they even used a translator to translate for me, kudos to the front desk! 👍 However, regarding payment, I chose Alipay for payment after use, which is only available to credit card holders, but I still needed to pay a deposit by credit card upon arrival, which I don't understand

Nice hotel with fantastic rooftop views of Notre Dame, Sacré Cœur and Eiffel Tower. Good location on left bank near the river. Rooms well appointed and include free mini bar.

The simple gym was also very clean. Overall, the experience was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. Everything was fantastic! The location is superb; right outside, you have Line 4, and the CB is very convenient

Hotels in other countries I booked didn't require a deposit; I should have paid directly. The deposit refund said it would take half a month, which is quite troublesome

I took a solo trip from the US and I was extremely nervous but with their assistance with printing off directions, calling cabs, and going above and beyond, my trip turned out AWESOME! I will definitely be back to Paris and I will stay here again
