Paris, 51-57 Rue de Courcelles, 8th arrondissement-Elysee (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Everything is great, looks even better during the day.
Not far from Versailles Palace.
By the window, which can be opened.
Overlooking the street. The staff speaks English. The surrounding environment has a distinctly Parisian feel. Both twin beds are quite spacious.
The hotel was generally good, and most of the staff were very nice. However, on the 23rd, a cleaning lady came to clean my room. I was in the room at the time, and after a brief conversation, I said she could clean it now. Once she entered the room, she became extremely temperamental, throwing things around until another hotel staff member entered the room, at which point her temper calmed down. This...
Excellent! The lobby is grand, and the rooms are very well-equipped.
The hotel changed my room reservation and gave me a smaller room than requested. 5/10
It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious and something to look forward to every day.
The room was not particularly spacious, just average.
The only thing that bothered me was a crack in the bathtub, but the room was generally clean and good for families with babies.
Very good location & helpful stuff.. rooms little small

I stayed here again. The front desk staff member was very warm and polite, and even arranged a room that exceeded my expectations – it was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, as was the linen. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the toilet flush was hard to press and the water flow wasn't strong enough, and the sink tap also had low water pressure. But these minor issues...
My main purpose for this trip to France was shopping, so I stayed right next to Galleries Lafayette. The hotel is quite old, but the rooms have all been renovated, so it feels very new and the interior design is beautiful. The famous Café de la Paix is located within the hotel, which is very convenient for guests. The service was exceptionally good, I have to give them a special shout-out.
I initially had a concern that left me somewhat dissatisfied. However, Valentin handled the matter with great professionalism and genuine care. He listened attentively, addressed the issue respectfully, and managed to turn my dissatisfaction into complete satisfaction. I truly appreciate his courteous approach and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Beautiful and grand. It’s centrally located so very convenient to travel to other parts of Paris or take a stroll nearby. Room is nice and comfortable for the three of us.
The location is good. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable.

Location and hotel facilities are very nice! Shift leader Hortense was amazing! She gave me an upgrade and resolve my issues! Great Job! I will defenetely recommend Klimpton to my friends!
Friendly staff very helpful and great convenient location
Excellent service and location. Room design is stylish and clean. The restaurant and the rooftop bar are really nice too.
stuff are amazing, they serve one of the best breakfast
Heated towel rack in our room is not working, during breakfast at the hotel it seemed like all the Asian guests were seated in one corner, it felt a bit uncomfortable and somewhat discrminatory.
Excellent stay. New facilities, free drinks at social hour. The room is beautifully designed especially the shower area. I had a great stay

The room was fantastic and worth the stay; the restaurant was also very good.
The room was very clean and the staff were very attentive to every detail, and I'm grateful for their hard work. They were all so friendly and made my commemorative trip with my friend even more meaningful! The birthday cake and champagne were also delicious. Thank you very much.
Had a wonderful stay at four seasons hotel george paris. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. Perfect location and great service. Highly recommended!
We had the most wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and cared for. The service was flawless—thoughtful, attentive, and always with a genuine smile. Every detail of our stay felt effortless, from the beautifully appointed room with its elegant Parisian charm to the little touches that made us feel at home.
The location was perfect...
Retire the category. The Four Seasons George V is the best hotel ever. They need more stars for this as it’s truly in a class by itself.
The rooms are spectacular. Parisian style and extremely comfortable with a bed and blackout shades that will give you the best nights sleep you’ve had in years.
The food is legendary. The breakfast buffet is something I will dream about for years.
The setting is...
I not even sure where to start with this review. The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing and our stay was perfect. From the private transfer and pickup from the train station to the hotel, the greeting and escort to our room…service was just beyond expectations.
We have stayed at many Four Seasons over the years and this was by far the best experience we have ever had at any hotel in the world...

Wonderful place - it’s not just a hotel - it’s an insitution. Amazing location, people, premises and views. And a place which needs to be experienced at least once in a lifetime. Thank you and see you soon!
I am very satisfied with everything. I will do my best to come back and stay again!
The food is pretty good, breakfast is average, and the wine shop service is great.
This is my favorite hotel in Paris right now. It has all the latest amenities, including a Dyson hair dryer, wireless charger, and Bluetooth speakers. The only problem is that it's always packed.
Treated myself on the last night of a Paris birthday trip, the team spoilt us to the moon knowing that it was my birthday. Nobody else celebrates birthdays like Plaza Athénée Paris. And highly recommend you to book the Avenue Montaigne room, totally worth the magical experience!
The hotel is gorgeous, with red and red ornaments, carved beams and painted buildings. Since my room was not available when I arrived, I was given a free upgrade to a suite that cost more than three times the price. The service was also excellent!

The best Shangri-La I've ever stayed at…
Absolutely the best. The personal is the best in Paris. So friendly , so welcoming super kind and attentive. You really feel welcome and taken care of.
The valet service is top tier. The hostess at the front desk an 😇.
If you are looking for great food or chill time in a fantastic environment filed of luxury and peace this is the place. Top tier.
Alexandre, Zacharie, and Gabrielle went out of their way to give us a great experience! The Shangri-La Paris is an extraordinary blend of imperial grandeur and modern elegance. From the moment you arrive, the service feels genuinely personal and anticipatory, with every detail handled flawlessly. The rooms are beautiful and spacious by Parisian standards, but it’s the staff’s warmth, professionalism...
I had breakfast on the terrace of my room while looking at the Eiffel Tower. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
This was our second time staying in Shangri-La Paris and both experiences were just incredible. The attention to detail and service from the staff is impeccable from the minute you walk up to the doors. You do not need to ask twice or remind the staff of any requests and they do everything with a smile. Room service breakfast is always on time, delicious and done to perfection. We had a 6 day stay, me and my daughters. It was good overall, but I expected more for the dollar.
The good

The hotel has a great and convenient location, and the tablet-based ordering and room service in the rooms are very convenient and fast. I would definitely choose Peninsula again next time. Overall, I had a great experience.
I felt the service was really poor. I don't know if I happened to arrive there or if that's just their style. There was no smile at all during the entire check-in process. Also, Peninsula is a real business hotel. Can you tolerate having a printer in the room?
My experience with The Peninsula Paris can be summed up in two words: a big, expensive place that bullies customers! While I didn't encounter any major issues during my five-night stay, some details didn't live up to the Peninsula brand's reputation and were far from my previous experience at The Peninsula in Tokyo. First, on my check-in day, I went to the front desk at 3:30 PM and was told my room...
The hotel is good in all aspects. There are Middle Eastern dishes for breakfast, the gym is also good, and the location is close to the Arc de Triomphe. You can visit major attractions in Paris and walk along the river, basically all you need is your legs.

Both the room and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was also delicious. We had a wonderful time.
Great service. Great room. High ceilings and luxurious decoration. We had the best sleep. The bed was so comfy.
We only wish that the gym could be bigger.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Opéra Garnier and major shopping malls, with a metro station just a three-minute walk away! They offer a wide variety of breakfast options, and the staff are friendly. The hotel environment is comfortable and the hygiene is excellent!
This hotel has a lot of character; the environment and service are both excellent, definitely worth staying at! The location is also superb, very unique, and transportation is super convenient. The hotel facilities are also very well-maintained.
I’m not sure if Paris is just expensive in general, but… this place doesn’t really feel like a 5-star hotel.
There’s a musty, almost moldy smell in the room, and the water pressure is so low that it took me forever to take a shower. 😩
But then again, the last 5-star hotel I stayed at didn’t even have hot water, so… I guess low water pressure is something I can live with.
They did upgrade my room,...
Our experience was 5-star, all the way. Perfect location for sightseeing and shopping, warm and helpful staff (shout-out to Christophe in the breakfast room, in particular, for his courtesy and sense of humor!), beautiful room (even with a view of a small interior rooftop) and amenities. OUTSTANDING STAFF. All French. So solicitous. Lovely.
The staff is mostly incredibly kind. The location is perfect. It’s a great hotel for a special occasion, we got a small upgrade and beautiful daily surprises. The service from the front desk - reception and concierge - among the best and most personal I have seen across all my travels, globally.
Everything is super expensive, but.
We had a private event at the Bristol Hotel.
- Location is great at the busy and sublime Faubourg St Honoré.
- It was Christmas season so the hotel was wonderfully decorated

Very friendly staff! Clean modern room. Less than 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower.
Great hotel in the heart of Paris. Even the suites were small but the two-story design was clever and innovative for a room.
The room was clean, updated and quite spacious. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and concierge were very helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.
We spent 2 nights here in the Duplex room. We were escorted to our room by the receptionist who showed us where the breakfast room was and what times it was available. When in the room she showed us how to use all the lights and electric curtains and then left us to get ready for dinner.

Wet quaint boutique style hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did not eat at the restaurant, because we would leave first thing in the morning and we would come back late at night. We truly only used it for sleeping and showering.

The location is perfect, and the building itself is beautiful—immaculately maintained and exquisitely decorated for the holidays. It was a great experience staying at Sofitel Le Faubourg. The service was excellent and the staff has a great service mind.

Mandarin Oriental, always my top choice and a brand I adore. I landed early in the morning and my room wasn't ready yet, so I headed to the breakfast restaurant. I figured I'd have to pay since I hadn't checked in, but they waived the charge! It wasn't a huge amount, but it was such a thoughtful and warm gesture. The service is truly impeccable and heartwarming. So grateful!
The room was average, but rather dark overall. The hallway felt like a typical chain five-star hotel, not at all like a hotel in this price range. Staff service was acceptable, and they responded promptly.

The hotel interior is luxurious, elegant, and sophisticated, with a particularly beautiful lobby and public areas, and the restaurant and bar are also highlights. All the staff were very friendly; however, the breakfast selection was limited, with no buffet and entirely à la carte.
