Everything is great, looks even better during the day. Not far from Versailles Palace. By the window, which can be opened. Overlooking the street. The staff speaks English. The surrounding environment has a distinctly Parisian feel. Both twin beds are quite spacious.

The hotel was generally good, and most of the staff were very nice. However, on the 23rd, a cleaning lady came to clean my room. I was in the room at the time, and after a brief conversation, I said she could clean it now. It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious and something to look forward to every day. The room was not particularly spacious, just average. The only thing that bothered me was a crack in the bathtub, but the room was generally clean and good for families with babies.

I stayed here again. The front desk staff member was very warm and polite, and even arranged a room that exceeded my expectations – it was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, as was the linen. My main purpose for this trip to France was shopping, so I stayed right next to Galleries Lafayette. The hotel is quite old, but the rooms have all been renovated, so it feels very new and the interior design is beautiful. The famous Café de la Paix is located within the hotel, which is very convenient for guests. The service was exceptionally good, I have to give them a special shout-out.

I initially had a concern that left me somewhat dissatisfied. However, Valentin handled the matter with great professionalism and genuine care. He listened attentively, addressed the issue respectfully, and managed to turn my dissatisfaction into complete satisfaction. Only reviewing the drinks. The place is overwhelmingly pink, smells of perfume. I asked for a table of four and even though place was empty they did not let me choose where I wanted to sit. Overpriced, and not a great ambiance. Only plus, they give you a macaron with your hot chocolate.

It's a nice hotel, but the water is not good. The shower room drain was clogged and the water was not able to flow properly, so the room was almost flooded. The sink was also clogged and the water quickly filled up. The gym smelled like sewage.

The hotel is just opposite the Louvre. It is very very very convenient for taking taxis, eating and going to shopping centers. The public security is good and it is very safe at night. However, it is a bit noisy near the street. Breakfast is 100 points, with many fresh choices!

Mandarin Oriental, always my top choice and a brand I adore. I landed early in the morning and my room wasn't ready yet, so I headed to the breakfast restaurant. I figured I'd have to pay since I hadn't checked in, but they waived the charge! It wasn't a huge amount, but it was such a thoughtful and warm gesture.
