This is my second time staying here and I don't know what hotel some of these negative reviews stayed in, but the rooms have been clean and comfortable each time. They're small rooms but that's not really an issue if you're only coming back to sleep. The location is excellent, only 2 mind from a metro station and you can walk to the Louvre area in 50 mins if you choose. Really good value for money and really helpful staff who will ring you a taxi if you ask etc.

+ ...ofcourse it is not a top hotel but for the price it was okay and as we expected.
- We paid for the breakfast but there wasn't any because of the Corona situation. That was a pity...but that there was also no refund that was not very correct.

Hipotel Paris Bellevile CHEATED with me.
I was booked a double for 3 nights (5-8 December 2019) on 23 November 2019. On 29 November 2019 hotel authority mailed me that my booking has been cancelled due to invalid credit card and cancellation cost is EURO 0.00. So, I booked another hotel.
But on 5 December 2019 hotel authority informed me by email that they have charged EURO 171.00 from my credit card. Which is illegal and unethical.
I emailed several times to refund my money they did not respond. Even I called their telephone number, they even did not pick up phone.
So, be BE CAREFUL about this hotel.
