Hôtel Exquis in Paris

This hotel offers great value for money! The M9 subway station is about a 3-minute walk from the hotel, and the RER station is also nearby, about a 10-minute walk away. I don't speak much English or French, but the staff were very kind and explained everything to me in detail! The room was a little small, but I think this is standard size for a 3-star hotel in Paris. I had a comfortable stay and had no issues.

The hotel is conveniently located on Boulevard Voltaire, within walking distance of the Nation metro station, offering convenient transportation.
There's also another metro station, Rue des Bulets, nearby.
The reception is open 24 hours a day. Please note that a deposit is required upon check-in.
The deposit is €50, a reasonable amount. However, the hotel is not technically equipped to accept cash deposits; the check-in system
is set up so deposits can only be paid by card. Please keep this in mind.
The standard room is exactly as described. It features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair. A kettle, tea, coffee, and cream are provided.
There's a minibar, complete with a glass bottle of drinking water. Water is included in the room rate, but you'll need to pay for a bottle as a souvenir.
The bathroom has a shower. The towels are crisp white and feature the hotel's monogram. A hairdryer is also included. Toiletries include soap, dry shower gel, and shampoo (2 in 1). The cosmetics are French.
Luggage storage is available in the hotel's storage room if you arrive early and leave late.

Despite the hotel's location directly on a busy boulevard, the room's window overlooked a side street, making it quiet at night.

Near the hotel is a lovely park ideal for strolling. Shops, pastry shops, and cafes are within walking distance.

I chose the hotel based on location – I wanted a hotel in the 20th arrondissement as close as possible to a specific concert venue.

I had a pleasant experience with the hotel, and would happily return if the opportunity arises.

This hotel was not super close to most tourist spots, but had nearby options for the metro. The neighborhood seemed authentic Parisian, where natives would shop and eat. We were recommended a couple of good restaurants nearby by the hotel staff, who were always helpful. The room was very small by North American standards, but had everything we needed. There is a breakfast room in the basement with a decent if not exciting offering for 14 euros. We were very pleased by the neighborhood.

The property was very clean, had all the facilities needed and the breakfast served was nice with lots of choice. All members of staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and very clean.

Excellent choice for our hotel. We liked the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Speaking English fluently. Room is a normal size for the location, tiny. The property may be a bit dated, but it was not detracting from the experience. We liked the room and amenities it provided.

The room came with a small balcony, offering a great view. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. If you need a toothbrush, you can ask at the front desk. However, note that the room only provided a generic bar of soap, with no body wash or shampoo.

The hotel room is a bit small, the location and environment are OK
