Virgina Hotel - in Paris

We stayed here for 2 night while visiting Paris.
The room very small but nice and had everything we needed.
Just a shame the air conditioning was not working (marked down one start for this) as the room became very warm during the night.
The staff were very helpful and professional.
The location was very good with great transport links via the metro system.
The area was busy during the day but was quiet come evening.
A very nice stay.

The hotel features a great modern atmosphere and a very professional staff. The parking garage is a major convenience, offering easy access and a comfortable layout. On the downside, the room is quite small and the soundproofing could be better, as you can sometimes hear the shower from the next door.

Our stay was very comfortable. We were greeted by a gentleman who explained everything that we needed to know on both Frence for us and English for the kids. The hotel that we stayed in in London wouldn't allow us to use their microwave for so called health reasons even if we needed to heat up a babies bottle. At this hotel everthing was not a problem and the gentleman who welcomed us even heated up my daughters long overdue lunch. All the staff from house keeping to the Hotel manager were amazing. The hotel itself is an old style establishment with a classic central caged lift, which we loved. Very quaint. Apart from a few little quirks we will be happy to rebook again. It has a large supermarket only 30 meters down the street and the metro was just another 50 meters. Plenty of cafés, brasseries, public transport, laundromats, pastry shops, all of which we took advantage of. We hope that they have their only family room available when we go back to Paris.

Hotel is amazing! The location is super convenient — there’s a supermarket, metro station, and an amazing bakery just a minute’s walk away. The staff is incredible too; the lady behind the counter (I wish I remembered her name!) was so kind, polite, and accommodated all of our requests. And they even had a cool elevator! 😊

I stayed at Virgina Hotel for three nights with my family and had a truly pleasant experience. The rooms are small but clean and very comfortable. Our room had a balcony to the street, which was also a positive surprise. The staff is extremely helpful and polite, always eager to help and instruct you on how to get around the city. As you may see, the hotel is a little far from the city center, however this is eased by the public transport nearby (metro, tram and bus). You might still have to ride 20-30 minutes to get to the main touristic spots. One can see this also in a positive manner, since the neighborhood gets as quiet as it gets in Paris at night. Anyway, the stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel, families included.

A very cost-effective hotel in Paris.
Let's talk about the location first. It's in the 14th district, so it's safe. But it's close to the black community, so you should be careful if you walk around too late. There will still be drunkards or homeless people on the road at night.
The transportation is really convenient. It's a two-minute walk from M4, so it's convenient to go anywhere. It's more cost-effective to take Uber to Orly Airport for two people than the subway. There are also various buses and rails nearby.
It's very convenient to eat and buy things around. There are two large supermarkets. The one downstairs is a little more expensive. Walk a few more steps to Lidle, which is much cheaper. All kinds of freshly baked bread are only a few cents, which is cheaper than the bakery and delicious. The red wine of more than two yuan is great.
The hotel's sanitation services are all fine, but the facilities are a bit old. For example, during our stay, the wash basin drain valve couldn't be opened. We called the service staff to deal with it, and when we came back, we found that they had directly removed the valve.
The room is very small, which is understandable. The breakfast looks good, but I didn't buy it because it was too expensive. I bought some bread, ham and juice from the supermarket for three or five yuan.
The price is unstable. I don’t know if it’s Ctrip’s problem or the hotel’s. I booked a room in advance and saw a price reduction two days in advance, but the cancellation window had already passed, so I felt a bit of a loss.

Very good hotel, very exquisite, close to the subway, the service is very thoughtful. Before leaving, I was reminded that taking Uber would be cheaper than taking the bus, and I found that it was indeed the case.

There is a small supermarket next to this hotel. The hotel rooms are great and it is very close to the subway station, making it convenient to go to attractions.
