We chose this hotel despite of the average/mixed review. We were pleasantly impressed and I don’t have a single complain for our 4 nights here. We wanted something a little bit more quiet for our another second time in Paris. It was perfect being next to the park. You have direct access to the nearby metro, tram and supermarkets. We were also delighted with the Sunday morning market. We don’t find the rooms dated, they were clean and big (for Parisian standard) - we had even a bathtub. Daily room service is much appreciated. The warm reception made us feel welcomed. For the price, it’s definitely 5/5 for me.

Great little hotel although rooms really do not match the pictures. Very clean but dated and although there is a lift you still have to navigate some stairs to get to rooms. Staff are delightful and super helpful.

The best thing and singular positive thing about this hotel is the location. The hotel interior and rooms themselves are in need of refurbishment, with old carpets, peeling walls, and dingy yellow-wallpapered hallways. My partner almost fell down the stairs due to the way the elevator is positioned, which could be extremely hazardous to any elderly or disabled guest.
Staff are pleasant and helpful, aside from "Elena", who from the moment we set foot in this hotel cast a shadow on our trip. This particular staff member was unpleasant, rude, and dishonest regarding hotel quotes, even after confrontation regarding rate disparity. Below the standard of service in any hotel I have worked or stayed in.
Housekeeping was alright, they prepared the bed nicely each day however did not replace or fold towels, and likewise did not empty the room bins or throw away rubbish.
Is this hotel okay as an emergency solution, or if nothing else is available? Yes. However, I would strongly advise going pretty much anywhere else if given the choice.

Good location , but the lift is small

I stayed at L’Interlude Hotel in July 2025. It was an excellent hotel, and although it was a little more expensive than others, choosing to stay here was absolutely the right decision. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and spoke fluent English. The room was clean and tidy, and it was literally just a one-minute walk from a Metro station.
Although the hotel is located on a main street, it was quiet, peaceful, and most importantly, safe. There are several small supermarkets and bakeries nearby, which made it very convenient. The checkout time was noon, which was also a plus.
I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Paris.

We stayed for 3 days at this hotel. We really liked it: a nice safe local area, cafes and restaurants, markets nearby. The metro is nearby, so getting around is comfortable. If you walk a little further, you will reach the park.
The room is small, but comfortable. All amenities are there. The only thing is, make sure to come early for breakfast, as the omelette runs out quickly.
Also included is free water/coffee/tea, a treat for guests 24/7.
Polite staff, clean.

When we arrived at the hotel, the third party we had booked with had cancelled our reservation. This caused us a lot of stress but the receptionist (I believe her name is Kenza) was absolutely amazing. She did everything to ensure we had a place to stay and went above and beyond for us. She really helped us a lot and we are incredibly grateful.
The rooms were lovely, perfect size, nice bathroom and clean with a good view.
Breakfast was perfect, there were good options and the breakfast staff were lovely.
The neighbourhood was also great, close to the metro and plenty of lovely restaurants and cafe's.
Definitely recommend this hotel!
