Although the hotel room was small, it was spacious by Parisian standards. The room layout was reasonable and the facilities were complete. A double bed plus a sofa bed made it perfect for a family of three. It was raining that day, and the hotel kindly lent out umbrellas free of charge. The breakfast was also delicious.

Perfect location for going to cinemas and theatres. Quiet and clean hotel. A minor drawback regarding breakfast: a separation (a thick curtain, for example) from the reception area would be welcome. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Hôtel Fabric this past week! It felt like a safe area full of restaurants, cafes, and accessible to several transportation options nearby. We booked the top floor room which worked great for our group of 3; ensuring we each had our own bed. The beds were very comfortable & cozy. It was nice to have a small dining table and fridge in the room. The skylight window upstairs was a nice touch that allowed for fresh air. Bathroom felt luxurious and spa-like with dual shower heads, towel warmer, and vanity sink. We felt the plugs were in odd places so you had to plug your devices in across the room sometimes. Hotel staff were so welcoming and kind; they always greeted us when entering/exiting. At check in, the front desk attendant spent some time showing us a map of the city and pointed out things we might want to do/see in the area, which was much appreciated. The free coffee machine in the lobby was a plus, and we enjoyed having hot chocolate and madeleines in the evening. I cannot comment on the breakfast because we didn’t opt to pay for it (€20 per person which is pretty expensive), but it looked like a good spread. Notes for the hotel: The shower pan was slippery, so I would advise the hotel to provide a grippy bath mat if possible, for safety purposes. Additionally, the bathroom door doesn’t provide much soundproofing. Since we had three people (each with our own luggage) it would’ve been great to have additional luggage racks so our suitcases didn’t have to lay on the floor. Overall, I would absolutely stay here next time I’m in Paris. Merci, Hôtel Fabric!

What a wonderful boutique hotel! I wish I could have stayed longer. It’s in a great location, nice and quiet and the room was lovely. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. I will definitely stay again if I have the opportunity!

This newly renovated hotel is really a nice place to stay. The staff is very helpfull and very professional. The rooms are a little small, but for a few days bog enough. When ordering the room it was indicated that there is a water kettle and a coffeemachine in the room, but that isn't true. When asking about this they said there is a coffeemachine in the lounge next to the room. It is not always noce to get out of the room when not nicely dressed to make yourself a coffee. I really think that either a kettle and a coffeemachine must be placed in the room or they will have to take it from the list of appliances in the room.

A very stylish boutique hotel in a great location and with excellent public transport links. The contemporary rooms with high ceilings were designed with both flair and an attention to detail and the daily housekeeping was excellent. All the staff were very professional, helpful and engaging and seemed to take great pride in their work, the hotel and the city. The good breakfast buffet, the generous free coffee/tea available 24/7 and the small honesty bar in the evening rounded off a great 6 nights stay in Paris.

Great hotel with a very stylish aesthetic in an area which is unpretentious but so interesting- with everything from Michelin starred restaurants to vintage clothes stores. But the best thing about this hotel was the warm, professional service. The staff made me feel so welcome after a very early arrival on a long haul flight and had already arranged for the hammam to be available. The room is restrained and comfortable and the lounge area a lovely place to relax. Can’t recommend it highly enough and I will certainly be back.

Hotel Fabric was perfect in every way! The staff were extremely kind and hospitable. The room was beautiful and clean, housekeeping was great and attentive to detail. The location is unbeatable with great local spots, including food, fashion and unique finds! I would recommend a thousand times over! This is the perfect place to stay for a local feel of Paris.

Perfect Location and Comfort
We loved Hotel Fabric and would recommend to anyone! The staff and services were excellent and very personalized. We loved the location which is slightly residential, near lots of cool restaurants and bars but not congested with tourists. It is also very close to multiple metro stations and walking distance to other sites. The coffee in the lobby was very convenient and the rooms were perfectly comfortable, with a great sized bathroom which you don’t always get in a city.
