Close to metro, good options to eat 5min away, quiet neighborhood.
Friendly staff but building in rough condition.

4 day stay
We had a 4 day stay at this hotel.
It is near the metro and there are good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, but the condition is very poor. There is water damage in several places in the closets and ceilings and the room is damp.
Dirty towels and bed linen do not smell good. The room was only for 1 person, but we have booked for two people. It is very noisy and we can hear everything that happens in the hallway and in the room next door.

Very good stay with a very friendly and welcoming host. We were worried about the reviews but the room was very clean with a large bed. Great stay.

The staff were great and I appreciate them holding our bags. However, the hotel was not a comfortable place to stay and smelled entirely of cigarettes. The layout was weird and uncomfortable. I just didn’t feel comfortable what so ever. I would not recommend this place unless you smoke cigarettes and want a budget place to stay for a night.

Don't relive this experience.
I was confident after reading the ad on *********, but the reality was quite different.
The photo in the ad doesn't match the assigned room at all. The bathroom is old and poorly maintained, as is the room furniture.

I am never going to stay there again. It was dirty, extremely loud and the "blanket" smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom smelled like feces when someone else flushed in their own room. We felt unsafe.

The staff is very nice (they gave me a glass to take some medicine at midnight) but even though the room was clean, the window was impossible to close so we were cold and I never managed to get hot water in the shower even though there was some at the sink. A lamp on the bedside but no socket to plug it in.

Very dirty al over , old and damaged everything , i moved out and look for an other hotel as soon as we arrived , nothing even close to stabndard. It can not be called a hotel it is even wors than homless shelters.
That place ahould be closed down.
