The bed cover and pillows were so thin and not good for the winter especially if it is cold. The tv didn’t work either and stayed on all night with the light as it doesn’t turn off. There is a noise constantly, it sounds like pipes, some nights this would wake me up and there is a lot of noise from outside too. Paris has a problem with people horning their cars all the time, so you would hear it in the middle of the night and some cars would keep horning continuously.
I know this is not the hotels fault but there is a lot of homeless people and shelters surrounding the hotel. Walking at night back to the hotel didn’t feel safe as they could be shouting, staring at you and sometimes even walking very strangely next to you. There is a huge homeless camp what they have made just across from the hotel.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions we had, which made our stay even more comfortable. The amenities were simple but well maintained and completely adequate for a short or budget-friendly stay. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed us to rest well after long days in the city.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to friends, solo travelers, or anyone visiting Paris on a budget.
