We did not stay in the hotel but had a great lunch in the restaurant. Great chef, great food, creative menu, lovely ambiance and the staff very friendly and helpful (I asked for a specific table because of my misophonia). And what an ambiance. A 'must do' when you are visiting Albi.

Lawrence made our stay even more wonderful and everything was perfect from our quiet suite with a view to fitting us in last minute for breakfast

Delightful boutique hotel within a stone's throw of the main old town/marketplace of ALBI. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and efficient. The room was very tastefully decorated in a modern style. Certainly worth the challenge of navigating the small lanes and parking convolutions to stay here. Good value. Excellent service. Great position. Recommend it.

The Alchimy Hotel is a beautifully designed and well-situated hotel in the town center. Our room was stylish and very comfortable and the bathrooms were the lap of luxury.
The staff was exceptional from Joel & Sandra the respective managers to Laurent, who went above & beyond the call of duty after a taxi they called to take us to the train station failed to show up and we were in danger of missing our train. Laurent took us to the train station himself in his own car. Truly commendable service from the staff.
They also have a beautiful restaurant that we dined at.
We will definitely be back to stay.

The Restaurant Alchimy is exceptional.
The dishes are delicious and very refined both in flavour and presentation. They also have a very nice wine list.
Service was very good and our waiter Laurence gave us some great suggestions from the menu. For us it was the most memorable restaurant in Albi. Highly recommended.

This is more like a restaurant with rooms. The rooms are nice, but no WiFi on third floor and smell of food in rooms. Towels smelt like they had been left in washing machine for 3 days. This is NOT a four start hotel. Staff are too busy dealing with restaurant to care. Fine at 100 euros but stupid at 200

One night in Alchimy. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Meal at Hotel Restaurant was excellent.
Room spacious and very nice decor.
2 gripes. Terrible WiFI and not enough parking for guests ( We had to park on the street, and may be challenging to find a park nearby)

Set in the beautiful city of Albi. Restaurant is slightly off the main streets. It's a very smart looking location and building with eating outside. The weather was lovely and warm so sitting outside was a pleasure. In the main we had a lovely evening and most of the staff were really friendly. Didn't give 5 stars as our champagne was delayed to the table and my wife's main course was initially wrong. But we had a fantastic evening for our anniversary which the head waiter remembered and brought out a table firework to celebrate :-) Just to mention the head waiter made us feel very welcome

Wonderful hotel and restaurant! Kind, helpful, professional staff that are quick to assist with any needs. Food at the restaurant is amazing. Presentation is exquisite and everything we ate was cooked to perfection. Best dessert I have ever eaten. You must order the tarte du citron if it’s on the menu!
