Quality Hotel du Golf Montpellier Juvignac in Montpellier

Avoid! When it come to the hotel. Very disappointed! You can leave “Quality” out of the name! Unfortunately have to agree with other recent comments. Hotel is derelict and tired and in desperate need of renovation and attention. It’s just a golf course, nothing more.
Golf/Pro shop is closed and empty. Restaurant does not seem to exist anymore either, but nothing mentioned about this on the website. So we had to go into town for dinner. Reception is a simple golf course reception, not a proper hotel reception. They do the hotel on the side. Room was not prepared conform our reservation. Luckily we got another room that was prepared quickly for us. We could only book a “Romantic” or “Golf” special, not just a stay. No one seems to speak basic English. And based on the noise restructuring seems to be going on somewhere in the building.
The golf course is very nice but deserves proper hospitality, bar and restaurant. The lack thereof definitely takes away from the enjoyment and experience.

It was extremely dirty. I even had to switch room as there was stains above the bed, and no sheets for the beds.

We came to this hotel late at night the rooms were boiling hot so we turned on the air-conditioning; the rooms got hotter and hotter even when we turned it full on to the lowest temperature the thermostat in the room suggested that the temperature in the room at night was 25 °c ; in the morning we were told that the air-conditioning only worked to warm the rooms at this time of the year but we were not advised of it so we did not sleep a wink. WiFi was available but at huge expense; the first 10 minutes are free and then you have to pay €€€ The Staff are very rude and unhelpful coming up and telling us that our children could not use the exercise equipment even there were no signs to state that is the case. KARIM one of the reception staff told his daughter who was eating with him in the restaurant which was closed as it was Sunday that he wanted to hit me I told him I would call the police when we came back down he had hidden his daughter in a back office At one point he told me to go back to my room I stated I was a paying guest and he was a receptionist and could not tell me what to do KARIM also denied that he could speak any English but spoke to us earlier clearly in English The staff also stated after our poor night's sleep we would get a free breakfast and a new member came up and told us that this was not the case having been told by the first member of staff that he could not leave his station! KARIM also told not to raise my voice but would not let me get a word in edgeways and explain the conversation we had had in the morning, he was one of the most rude people I have ever delt with! KARIM also called me " putanesque" a "*****" which is completely unacceptable in any circumstance! The toilet seat in our bedroom was broken. There was a thumb tack on the floor of my daughter's room which could have ended up in her foot! As you enter the hotel there is a trip hazard with a door stopper in the middle of the hall! The disabled parking is like a mountain range with the tarmac blistered and raised making it entirely unsuitable for a disabled person let alone an able bodied person, my husband tripped over it and it was very poorly illuminated.please see night time photos and day time photos attatched Please read other people's reviews which are on a similar vein.

I am a gold member and I have received a bad service from this hotel.

Since you asked me more details, here we are:
- there is no restaurant in the hotel and no advice for example about use of a service to deliver food on place. I needed to search on my own
- room was very bad, forniture old and broken. If I am not wrong room was 109
- the room provided was on first floor, window just to hotel car parking when, in the morning, a lot of big cars use to arrive (actually very early in the morning), making a lot of noise to prepare for use of golf field. I expect this was known by the hotel reception
