This is a small hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. The service is excellent and the breakfast will set you up for the day.
The hotel is very near tram line #1 giving easy access to the whole city.
We stayed here for two nights and will be staying here again if ever in Nantes.

Good location
I stayed only one night. Good Location, very central, many restaurants and shops nearby, good public transport options. Nice staff. A minor issue is that there is a bit of noise from the pigeons living around neighbor buildings.

Excellent accomodation with affordable price in Nantes old town, only 5 mins walk from the city centre. The owner are very kind and helpful.

Hotel Le Cambronne fulfilled all our wishes for a short stay in September. The double room was clean, quiet and cool and we had windows opening onto a private courtyard.
The well-equipped bathroom was a nice surprise for a two-star hotel, as were the easy chairs and wall-mounted TV in the bedroom.
The hotel is well located for exploring Nantes on foot or via the excellent tram network and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

Extremely clean small hotel . Very polite and professional welcome and departure. breakfast was assorted, clean dining area and affordable. Rooms had radiators which had to be turned off as room was too hot . would highly recommend

Lovely quiet place yet right in the town near tram stop. Nice welcome and good size room. Breakfast was good with nice croissants and crusty bread, boiled egg, cheese and your own fresh fruit bowl, tea, coffee.

It’s not good. (C’est mal!) The only thing aside from its cleanliness is the free WiFi, but you get both of those at most places. Here, the WiFi stopped working for like 12.5 hours and no one is ever at the front desk to help fix or resolve anything so I just didn’t do my work. I called again in the morning when it still wasn’t working and the guy said, “We’re looking into it.” Looking into what? Reset it or don’t be so cheap and get decent WiFi.
Next, I left a few nice shirts there. I went back in the middle of the day (granted it was a holiday) and no one (NO ONE, not a single worker) was there. The sign said they’d be open “de 16.00hrs à 21.00hrs.” I’m writing this while sitting on the steps at 16.59h and no one is here. I’m ringing the bell, calling and getting no answer. The place is a nightmare.
Anyway, why didn’t they call me or email me when they found several expensive shirts? It’s a small hotel and they have my information. Ask if I left them accidentally...? Hello?

Nice room but my bathroom was so tiny not sure if the bathrooms are same size.
