I come to this hotel regularly and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are soundproofed and perfectly comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Great for a few nights' stay. I was there for a business trip. The room was cozy, well-maintained, clean, and had a view of the (quiet) street. The amenities are new and everything is very functional. The welcome was professional and very pleasant. Thank you :).

We organized a corporate private dinner for 80 people in Mercure Nantes Centre - Grand Hôtel.
The relation "quality/service/price" is outstanding!
The staff is very flexible, reactive and attentive.
We had to change the set-up just 30 min prior dinner without issue, outstanding adaptibility from the team!
Food quality was very good.
A great service, I highly recommend for private dinners up to 70 people in Nantes!

Its a very good quality hotel; Trying to understand the parking options in a restricted traffic area with electronic bollards that need to be operated with a code was a very frustrating experience and the phone calls with staff were so low volume that we really couldn't hear the receptionist instructions clearly to get close to the hotel or parking. But Now that we understand the physical and practical access layout, we would return again.

Location of the hotel was perfect, however arriving through the pedestrian zone by car we received no response from the intercom so had to have a truck waiting behind us to lower the barrier for us. Parking is tight for anything larger than a saloon car. Rooms were very well equipped, both a suite and a regular twin. Excellent service over three nights, bar service was attentive and comfortable and felt at home in the centre of the city. This will be our choice to stay when we return.

I booked the city Centre Mecure for three nights as part of a family vacation in the Loire valley. The location is excellent, and almost everything is an easy walk from the property. The breakfast is very good, and the bar is perfectly pleasant.
The rooms were less impressive, however. I had booked a suite for my wife and myself, and should not have bothered. Quite aside of the weird and oppressive dark brown decor, there were no shelves or closets. All there was was a tiny bit of hanging space. When I mentioned this curious lack of storage the only response was to ask if I needed more hangers! So our ‘sitting room’ was simply the storage space for all our ‘non-hanging’ clothes.
The room servicing was also poor. On different days we had to ring down for more toilet paper, and for towels (all taken, none replaced), and my flannel/facecloth was removed.
Nantes lacks a really good hotel in the Centre, and I suspect all these 3-ish star properties are much of a muchness. It is certainly clear they don’t need to make too much of an effort.

Great place and wonderful staff. I used Dayuse to get a room for a few hours after flying in from San Francisco via Paris.
The room was quiet and clean and the air conditioning was working perfectly during this very hot day.
But the best part of this experience were the folks working the front desk. They were welcoming and friendly. They were happy to assist when I needed to access my bags that I had asked them to store for a few hours. I’d definitely stay here again.

The location and service staff are very good. We are two adults with a child, and they also gave the child a small bed. The hotel is a little old, and the workers don't clean it so cleanly, but the cost performance is very high

Location is okay. Service is lacking due to lack of staff (they said so).

Not even the possibility to sit where you want in a room almost empty ! The waitress decides without our notice and to refuse our request, so we went elsewhere.

Nice restaurant in a pleasant evening spent last Thursday in Nantes.
If the order of my pizza had not been taken into account (the server had forgotten/not heard), the error has been rectified.
If I don't put "I liked it very much", this is not related to the location which is very nice, or at the restaurant, which is own, but simply that the pizzas are quite correct without being exceptional.
Piazza d'italia, it is a nice place to dine quickly in the center of the city, this is all what we demand and it is very good !!

Room hyper noisy even though we were on a Saturday night. Heat stranglekelp. Correct Service. Pizza good. Escalope milanese downright bad. Mixed results.

I recommended this restaurant, we eat the hubbub, the service is long and mediocre pizzas are frankly fro the regina almost correct the 4 cheese is really not good.. For the coffee it is necessary that they learn to do the dishes for traces of food stuck on the handle of the spoon yuck. I touille how my coffee ??? With my finger ??? NO NO IT SHOULD GO ELSEWHERE. However the toilets are clean. Finally good we will not have the resto to go to the TOILET...
