Pleasant stay with family The garage is charged separately and is extremely narrow, so be careful. Seriously! The hotel is 20 min walk to the historical town. We had an issue with the shower and we were immediately moved to another room. Great staff. The heating in the room was not great though. The breakfast had very few options and it was not worth it.

Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was good. Easy to walk to from the train station. Tours is a very walkable city.

We spent one night there which was very pleasant, the room and the bathroom seem to have been recently renovated. Regarding the cleanliness of the room, nothing to report. The hotel is located about 10 minutes by car from the city center (30 minutes on foot).

Stayed here for one night whilst passing through to Biscarosse - pleasantly surprised at the high standard of the hotel! Private parking a plenty around the bank, very clean and great amenities. The man on reception when we arrived the afternoon of 14th July, was excellent. He really took his time to explain the best places to visit in the city and marked them all on the map for us.

Very convenient location, bit dated but ok The check in time is very short but the keys are prepared and information was clear so I could check in without a problem. Chose this hotel mainly for it’s location and access to a private courtyard for our motorbikes. Rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit too small and the shower quickly became a wet room due to the configuration of the room itself. Breakfast was simple but very good, especially the scrambled eggs.

The staff was great, very helpful and patient. Reserved 2 different nights but not 2 in a row but for some reason 2 nights in a row were booked, one of them i couldnt stay so he gave me a room as i showed my reservation. Communication was great. Big room with a big bathroom (to be an hotel). The style is similar at the style of the 18 century. In my room there is a big window with a little balcony. The staff is kind and speak a good English (and French of course) and the hotel is far only 15 minutes of walk from the center.

In fact, even though I arrived after the check-in deadline, they were accommodating and understanding.
