3 star hotels in Cannes

Good size of rooms, location in Cannes is central. It is a busy street, on the noisy side if you have your windows open. No AC. Rooms look and feel like they have not been refurbished for 20 years or so. But it feels clean, and gives good value for the prize.

The location was fantastic, you cannot be more centre of the action than this. Walking to al the hip restaurants like 2 mins. 5-10 mins walk to beach and waterfront. I stayed for two nights, the location is so convenient, a really short walk from the train station, just moments for the beach and old town, the room was basic but that was to be expected I hadn’t paid a luxury price. The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful. I had room 4 on the 1st floor it was opposite the shopping centre on a very busy road, too noisy to keep the windows open...

Unbeatable location, just steps from the beach, the port, great restaurants, and lively beach clubs, and only two blocks from La Croisette, Cannes’ iconic main avenue. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, and breakfast features delicious, fresh baguettes that make every morning a treat.

Wow, what a find! Steps from the beach/Boulevard de la Croisette, free parking on site, and friendly staff, all for an incredible price. I enjoyed popping down for a morning swim in the mornings — even without a towel, as it was 2 minutes away. Beautiful hotel and wonderful family Running it. I had a wonderful time. The location is LITERALLY PERFECT. Less than 10 minute walk from the beach. Staff was super accommodating. A great place for a one-night stay. Convenient location, not far from the sea. The room is clean and tidy, but don’t expect anything fancy. Just a comfortable spot to sleep and take a shower.

Stayed here in 2013 and found it to be very comfortable, great location too.

There was no hair dryer, however the room was clean and had all the other necessary amenities. The location was not ideal since it was far away from the city centre.

The environment is beautiful, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is very good, and the service is also in place.

Parking was convenient, all the staff were friendly, you could drink coffee whenever you wanted, and there was a microwave available for use, which was very convenient.

Very well received with good, clear explanations and with a smile, the room spotless and clean, I like where the hotel is located because there are many places to park by car and the highway is not very far, and those coming by train take bus A or 1 to Cannes station which has a bus stop close to the hotel. There are many restaurants a few meters away as well as a cinema.

Within walking distance of grocery stores, doctor, Cannes La Croissette. A very secure village, as access to village is with keyfob provided upon check-in. This residence-hotel just 3 km west of Cannes Centre is an ideal break from the hubbub of Cannes. It is directly across the street from the beach, and just one block from La Bocca's main street featuring many ice restaurants, markets, and cafés. I stayed here for two weeks and it was a trip of a lifetime! The rooms are spacious with excellent views of the French Riviera and a short walking distance to the beach. The residence is in a wonderful location just outside of Cannes. The restaurants and cafes around are some of the best I’ve ever been to. If I ever come back to Cannes I will be staying here and you should too!
