I wish we could have stayed longer. Valérie and Pascal, the proprietors, ..
.are friendly and helpful. We were late getting there due to a flight delay, so Pascal called to make sure we were all right. Easy walk to the main streets for shopping, to the pedestrian areas for cafés and restaurants.
The rooms are Hollywood themed and very cozy. The breakfast they offer for a reasonable price is traditional French with crusty bread, sweet bread, croissants, fresh fruit, jam, butter, ham, cheese, orange, coffee, and a selection teas. It was very filling and good.
Their little dog Spike was always around for some loving belly rubs.

Very old outdated place with smelly rooms and loud due to traffic and neighboring rooms. No elevator. Host was pleasant.

clean comfortable hotel. everything is within walking distance. the rooms are big the pillows and mattresses are comfortable. the staff is absolutely amazing

It was really a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in the center, near to the beach and train station. I had a really nice and relax stay, also I was grateful that the hotel kept my luggage when i arrived ( before the check in time) and when i did check out, this way I was able to hang around for almost the whole day when I arrived and before I left Cannes. Also, when I first arrived at the time of the check in, I found the luggage already in my room, it was very kind from them. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay.

I stayed in Apartment No 2 in Gambetta Square in Cannes for a business conference, very central, overlooking a lovely local market. The apartment is owned by Valerie and Pascal who run the Hotel Athenee nearby. They are fantastic hosts, very kind and generous. The breakfasts at the Hotel Athenee are excellent, very French as you would expect, with lovely coffee. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one ensuite with a great shower, the other with its own separate bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is very clean and well equipped. There is a Carrefour supermarket about 60 metres down the road and next to that is a wonderful boulangerie and patisserie with baguettes for 1 Euro and lovely filled baguettes (NB, closed on a Monday). The beach is about 7 minutes away on foot, very easy to get to. I loved this place and if you love Italian food you are spoiled for choice (great French bistros of course as well).

This is a family run hotel close to the rue d antibes. The rooms are very clean but quite simple. Bathrooms are new. The family are excellent and could not be more helpful.

Excellent small hotel in a quiet area that is within 15 minutes walking from the train station, 10 minutes to nice and relatively inexpensive restaurants & shopping areas on rue Hoche and another ten minutes from there to the Promenade. Hosts are incredibly polite and helpful and justifiably proud of their property. Rooms have the standard amenities, everything looks new and works as it should. A delightful stay and as an added bonus - NOT expensive!
