Beds and pillows were rock solid. The lift didn't work for three days (we were six floors up) and when it did, the noise echoed down the stairwell to all of the rooms, as did the slamming of doors (which was necessary to close them). The noise from the cleaners and the school that the hotel overlooks was also immense. We booked 2 rooms simultaneously at the same price, one was reasonably sized for the price, the other was almost literally half the size. The showers randomly went from scorching to freezing. The windows were cracked and had gaps down the side. We enjoyed an exhausting stay in wonderful Paris despite this terrible hotel!

It's really well located, just a 10 min walkfrom Sacre Coeur! The personnel were super kind. The room was clean and cozy. Hot water always and a warm room. Overall, a great experience. The photos are from the window view.

The hotel is in a good location. Have enough place for couple. Just enough place is better. Restaurants and everything are near by. Bus and metro transport are 5-10mins distance. Cost-friendly and good. Person in the desk is also helpful.

The area this hotel sits in is very charming. Lots of great restaurants and cafes to choose from. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but sparse. Exceptionally small bathroom and a tiny closet, no drawers. But, the price is right!

Extremely bad service, sketchy handling of check-in, expected payment for full days in advance, no 24h reception, toilet smell in the room. Female travelers stay away, doesn't feel safe. Absolutely not recommended!
