We enjoyed our stay at Glam’s Hotel. The staff was friendly and easily communicated in both French and English. Alice was particularly amicable and helpful, offering suggestions and commiserating on World Cup matches. The room was small but adequate, and the AC was fantastic, especially as Paris was experiencing a particularly hot summer. We even had a pleasant view from the window.

Not well taken care of. The shower was super dirty, I had to buy cleaning products to clean the shower myself. The shower head was brown with grime. The decor is really cute but you can tell that there is no care from management. Also the elevator is not on the floor of the rooms so you either have to go one flight of stairs down or one flight of stairs up to get to your rooms so...pack light for this hotel. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful but the dirt of the shower is unacceptable.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.. the owner of this hotel is a lucky guy.. indeed, as he/she owns this place and the high demand at Paris he/she can always sell the rooms for any price !
I would never ever again stay here!
Sorry the 2. Good thing was the lady who cleand the rooms.. she does a very good job there ! I am sure underpayed.. :(

We paid 900€ for 4 nights including breakfast... I had for 4 days only butter and bread and coffee... Sorry and a egg . Eggs were from days before, taken out from the fridge.. check the video and pictures... Please read my feedback and try to not stay here.. pay 100-200£ more and stay somewhere else.. if you planning to stay here do some shopping at Lidl for breakfast.. these was what another guest did.. she brought salami from Lidl..
Edited : 25.05.26 forget to mention, 2. Day I was so annoyed and asked the lady to bring some cheese , she just showed me with her Finger 🤞🏻 "here is cheese" showing me the last camembert piece ... :( so sad so sad...

Could be such a cute hotel but my room stank of smoke, it was dreadful. I asked for a deep clean but unfortunately it only got worse. The water pipes were plumbed behind the wall that the bed rests and when ever anyone showers it is very loud. The staff were very friendly, beyond expectation.

I really liked the hotel. Clean rooms, friendly receptionists, delicious, filling breakfasts. The location is great, easy to get to the city center. Value for money 10/10 🔥

+++Good location, close to buses (direct line to Montparnasse) and Porte d'Orléans tram.
Very warm welcome.
- -Air conditioning problem that leaked both nights = constant dripping. This had been reported, but nothing changed between the two nights.
Dirty towels were used as a mop to catch the leaking water. The towels were soaked. It was impossible to go to the bathroom at night without getting wet feet (air conditioning leak above the door).
I asked the housekeeper to clean my room while I was gone in the afternoon. I thank her.

A great stay if we hadn't paid attention to the leak. I'm not usually fussy, but the water leak was annoying at night.

This was a very pleasant stay. Our room was clean and the staff were helpful and kind. As a bonus, they had some of the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on!

Unfortunately our room was right next to reception so in the morning and when people were checking in there was a lot of noise.

The service is very good and the staff is friendly. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the subway and bus stations, and there is a supermarket nearby. The breakfast is good, everything is satisfactory, and I had a good time
