The hotel has a great location, everything is within walking distance. The service is decent. On the first day, there were no toothbrushes in the room, so I had to ask at reception. The soundproofing is very poor; you can hear all the street noise at night.

The room was small, but the location was great! We even received a complimentary bottle of wine as a wedding gift for our honeymoon!

Great hotel, but the pool opens really late and closes really early, difficult to have access when in business travel

Very friendly reception but extremely forgetful house keeping. 3 of us staying in one room where only 2 mug cups and 2 sets of slippers provided. Even after reminding, nothing improved over 3 nights …

Very good hotel. Very clean, staff very helpful and polite. Good location with being in the middle for travel to champs Elyse and towards the Louvre, approximately 20 min walk. Train station for RER A and metro approximately 5 min walk. Great decor. Only issue is that it has a very small gym space, only a bike and step machine which wasn’t working, limited space to do weight workouts.

The rooms are perfectly clean and the beds are very comfortable, TV has a chromecast so it’s great for watching movies. Our terrace room exceeded our expectations, it’s a spacious area with furniture and shade perfect for lounging outside. The atmosphere itself is really pleasant, the staff are all so kind and understanding, would love to come again ❤️

Location was wonderful, staff very friendly. Our room was upgraded however the pictures online did not match the room we got, even after upgrade. NIL effort made to rectify this from hotel, not even a free drink at the bar they just said they cannot help and contact hotel.com. hotel.com said to speak to the hotel as its their images.
Was advertised as Queen bed and the images show big room with couch. We had a double bed only and they said the images show superior room but we booked classic room. Was the first hotel on our holiday so did not want to argue and cause myself to be upset but this false advertising is disappointing.
Everything was otherwise wonderful there, breakfast not great value, dont recommend adding this.
