This so called hotel is by far the worse I have ever stayed in.. in a word? Grim.
There was massive dents/holes in the walls as we entered the hotel. We were greeted by a little old lady that did not speak a word of English (even basic would be decent), there was no working hot water and no one to report it too, the door to my room had no locks/latches so I did not feel safe, the walls in my room were very thin so I could hear people walking in and out of their rooms, the bed was horrible as it kept squeaking anytime I moved slightly. The room overall was filthy and there was no tea making facilities/water bottles to drink or buy.
Overall dont be fooled by the half decent pictures that you see. It is a very poor hotel that is in a rough place in Paris.

Cozy and having large rooms , 5 minutes walk uphill to secure core and 20 minutes walk to nord railway station
Absolutely amazing place to stay! Great value with very nice host!
Great location, cheapest with complete basic services. Fast check in and very professional staff. I was really happy with the service received and would definitely be back whenever i want to visit Paris again.
Good place to stay in Paris. Little away from central but connected with all parts via public transportation.
