We spent almost a week in this hotel. The place looks great from the entrance and the room was very comfortable. Place is clean, people working there is so kind and helpful. 10/10

The only good thing about this place is that Metro is three minutes away, and carrefour across the road.
Though the staff was polite, once we arrive to our room it was about 7 o’clock in the evening the deposit box was not working, I called, but the batteries were not replaced during my stay (2 nights). Additionally, there were plenty of dust on the walls and all over the ceiling, that looks like a spiderweb, considering that my daughter is really afraid of I asked to clean it, but … alas
Overall, the style of room is love hotel)
The only thing I liked - nice slippers.

We had a good time for Valentine's Day, despite an incident at the hotel which was quickly resolved. There were a few mishaps, particularly with the spa reservation slots being incorrectly recorded, but the team's responsiveness allowed them to rectify the situation as best as possible. The breakfast was very pleasant, with a special mention to the warm welcome from Rahul and Rita, and her superb omelet!

It was a delightful little boutique hotel in the heart of the city just 10 mins walk from the centre! All The staff is helpful and sweet! Specially the staff at the reception. Rooms are decently sized and clean!
So Merci boucoup
will definitely come again. ❤️

The experience we had was absolutely awful, we where early so they allowed us to check our bags in and go off, when we arrived back in the evening they told us the room hadn't been paid for when we knew it was as it was a gift from our son, he was extremely rude insisting me needed to pay, a young lady eventually found confirmation that payment had been made, it got worse from there, they then informed us they had lost our bags, they continued to speak amounst themselves in French and laughing not realising my husband spoke the language, when they realised there faces dropped as they where laughing about the fact that somebody else was in our room and infact had our bags, this took a very long time to rectify with us being left in the lobby with no apology and not the room my son paid for us to have, this ruined what was a great visit until this awful experience
