Le 10 Bis Hotel in Paris

This was a fantastic hotel, very clean and stylish, and conveniently located near two different subway stations.

Very small hotel but the place was convenient

Nice hotel, perfect location. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Unfortunately, there were some defects in the room: a broken lamp, broken curtains, and the thermostat was set to a minimum of 28 degrees Celsius.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe, surrounded by restaurants, and a shopping mall is nearby. Getting to major attractions takes about 15-20 minutes by car, and there's a subway station close by.

**Ambiance**: Absolutely lovely! It's a vintage Parisian residence with a light luxury decor. The ground floor has a coffee bar and dining area for guests, so beautiful that passersby often mistake it for a cafe ☕.

**Service**: Most front desk staff are quite warm and welcoming, especially the bald gentleman with glasses in a suit 👨🏻‍🦲. He was incredibly enthusiastic and his English was very fluent ✅. There was also a curly-haired young man in a black turtleneck 👨🏽‍🦱 who even helped me with change 👍.

**Facilities**: Very new and good quality, making for a comfortable and secure stay. The only downside is the lighting; it's mostly ambient, with no main light. Also, the rooms on the second floor have a trapezoidal structure, which makes the entrance feel a bit cramped. If your budget allows, you might consider booking a larger room for a better experience.

Pros: Great location, lots of eateries around, friendly staff, decent room condition-the bedding and towels are exceptionally great!
Cons: my room was on the ground right next to the reception, heard some noises from upstairs and you will wake up with food smell from the kitchen early in the morning :(
It was a pleasant staying overall, I probably want to book the room on the high floor next time!

It's a boutique hotel, small but exquisitely charming. The lobby serves as a self-service breakfast area and a cozy spot for afternoon coffee, creating a very welcoming atmosphere.
The staff are few but incredibly friendly and articulate.
Being just a few minutes' walk from two different subway stations is a huge bonus for this hotel. All in all, I stayed for 8 days and felt very comfortable. I definitely have to recommend it to many people!

Small but perfectly formed, and very clean. The main thing is that it's quiet and safe, and the service is excellent. I'd definitely choose this place again if I go there in the future, it's really good!

The location is very close to the metro and REF station. It takes about 10 mins walk to the Arc and shopping places. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The service is fine and the staff is helpful. We had a good experience 👍🏻👍🏻

I really loved this hotel it was so amazing to satay for 3 night I can’t describe how much it was lovely hotel , very nice location and very kind staff, room was wonderful and clean nice space eve thing was so close to it also there are small bar offering coffee and water and snack 24hours.
