We arrived as a family with 3 rooms booked at the same time and 2 others by 2 other couples, including 1 suite for the bride and groom. Only one room had been taken into account. No solution was offered by the host. Finally, he realized that he had a room left but it wasn't ready and he gave his room away. We solved it by grouping 2 couples in the bride and groom's suite and the bride and groom moved to a small one... Solution found by us. The host had 8 hours to prepare the rooms because of the wedding we were attending, but he did nothing. Great! Breakfast wasn't ready, so we had to insist at 9:30 a.m. to get it. He decided to go do the necessary shopping. And what's more, when I complained, he was aggressive. No goodwill gesture, but I refused to pay for the room that wasn't provided, that's QFD. Not recommended.

We were a group of 10 people whose reservation was only part of the group. When we arrived (for a friend's wedding) the host did not answer us to open the door, making the whole group wait 15-30 minutes, then the rest of the group had a reservation with another software and the host had not reserved the right number of rooms, one was missing and we almost slept on the street being the witness and the bride's family. The rooms were not ready, the cleaning was not done and the host showed me the rooms not vacated by other people, we had to negotiate and call other accommodations wasting an hour of our time during the wedding reception only to be told after an hour that he would find us another room (does he know the right number of rooms?) Breakfast was never served. Cleaning was never done for two days. In our room the bed was made up of a normal mattress and a broken mattress with a hole in the middle and not the same height. We didn't even have toilet paper or other bathroom amenities. There was a football game that night, and the noise and shouting made it impossible to sleep. By far the worst experience of my life.
