It is a family-run hotel in Old Tbilisi, which offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable, and the delicious homemade breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day. The staff treat guests like family and are always ready to help with anything you need, making the stay truly special. I have stayed here four times, which says a lot about how good this place is.

The hotel was within the old city. The room was good and had the required amenities. The breakfast spread was extremely limited in terms of choice and quantity. The ladies running the show were extremely nice and welcoming.

Nice family run hotel not far from Tblisi old town. Very caring hosts especially the lady at the reception who is always happy to go the extra mile to help. Comfortable rooms cleaned daily. Delicious and abundant breakfast cooked fresh every morning by two capable Georgian ladies. Recommended!

Very unprofessional communication. We booked a hotel for January 8th–12th and asked about a late check-in, but we had to wait several days for a response. After that, the Lowell Hotel informed us that they couldn’t confirm our reservation because we had booked the hotel at a lower price than usual (due to technical issues, but that’s not our problem). There were no suggestions to resolve the issue, they simply left us without a room. Thank God there’s still plenty of time before our trip, but imagine if they had done this right before it…

I stayed here for a week, and it truly felt like home away from home. The people are so warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast spread was lovely — fresh, filling, and full of variety. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day with care. The front desk is open 24 hours, which makes everything easy.
The location is wonderful — right in the city centre, just a short walk from Rustaveli Street and an easy cab ride to the beautiful Old Tbilisi.
Loved every bit of my stay here. Thank you for making my time in Georgia so special. Special shoutout to Luka!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your boutique hotel , the young man with beard was the best , owner was cooking the best breakfast ever , I’m really impressed with the hospitality, the only thing that I didn’t like is that my bathroom had odor of drainage pipes , everything clean but the odor is not

Breakfast is served late, from 9am to 11am. I was planning to leave at 8am, so I asked for a simple breakfast at 7:30am.
There was a strange smell in the bathroom all the time, so I used deodorant. The female staff didn't speak English but were very friendly, and at night they replaced the male staff who spoke English. If you have any questions, you can ask the staff. They were very kind.

One of the best places we've been in our life. From the very first minute you feel at home, with your best friends. It's something amazing about Georgia and Georgian people. Eastern hospitality, politeness, smile and great service make you feel The Heaven On Earth. Food is out of this world, room is sparkling, view amazed us every single day. But the best thing were night conversations vith wonderful Tatuli, David and Timur. We already miss this wonderful place and looking forward to come back asap. We wish everybody Love and Peace. Tatiana and Gennady.

The staff was very kind. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located on a hill, so it's best to avoid walking there with a suitcase.

My daughter and I spent 3 wonderful days in Tbilisi, and this is largely thanks to the incredibly sincere staff of the hotel! I definitely join the laudatory reviews about the breakfast, you won’t find anything like this even in the best hotels in Europe!!! Thank you so much to the wonderful hotel owner Tatula for responding to my personal request and baking incredible cakes to take with me!😊 Thanks to David and Temuri for the instant responses to all our questions and requests! The room is quite modest, but we only came to it to sleep; the rest of the time we enjoyed the flavor of Tbilisi. From the hotel to the Rustaveli metro station 5 minutes
