Bad service over all, when we got there there where a bunch of very young people with little to no will to work, one or two people where helping but the rest took turns on who could do the bare minimum and sit on their phones… it seems like they are forced to stay there with very little pay, but if that’s not the case I would fire half of them and give the rest a warning. Ah, and they charge you 15% service fee… maybe they need proper training and management to know who is supposed to do what at any given moment?? I hope changes are made.

This is a bad example of hospitality. Hotel was overbooked but they found another hotel for us. However, they refused to serve breakfast as we were no longer their guests and breakfast was for guests only. So we had to arrange our own meal a day that is not why you would book a hot

We booked a day ahead but when we arrived, they had a big mess up. As they have there rooms on multiple booking sites, and don’t seem to follow up the booking close enough, we had to go to another hotel (close by but very noisy and with everyone smoking in there rooms)

It is difficult to provide service from private organizations, restaurants, and others. This is not a chain. There is a outdated, artisanal, low-quality service. But the drinks and dishes themselves were not bad thefr. Although very expensive. It was quite deserted there in the middle of the day. By the way, this is a great place, a very nice, and wide at that point, river flows nearby. Therr are many sights, historical places around and nearby.

I was there just accidentally to eat, unfortunately I have missed the cafe with best reviews just next to this hotel. Yes new interior, but food is comical. Hand written menu in school notebook should warn you at first. If you are hungry, choose definitely different restaurant.

Uyutnyy, atmosfernyy otel. The view is amazing. Very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. * The homemade breakfast was soo delicious.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The food, hospitality, and atmosphere were 11/10. The owner/host Salome was so nice and welcoming. She did everything to make our stay unforgettable. If you come to Mtskheta you must stay here!

Exceptional

Brand New, clean, Right Into the center of City, close to markets and to the most of Mtskheta's attractions
I can easily recommend it to everyone who is wandering around Georgia.
walking distance to Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.

Fantastic Location in Mtskheta.
Right next to the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Nice little balcony with a beautiful, quiet view. Inside is excellent Bar-Cafe with helpfull host and stuff. Nice place in centre of town

it’s a sin to be a vegetarian in georgia but aurum is the place for the sinners - chinkali with mushrooms is so nice and soft, their chaczapuri is delicious, service is super fast and speaks english - all that makes aurum one of the best places you can visit in georgia if you’re against killing animals - 100% recommendation !!!

Good restaurant for Georgian foods in the city. You might like there shqmeruli (chiken with garlic sauce). It is one of the best dish I have tasted in Georgia. There kinkali also Upto the mark. Staffs were very friendly and cooperative. Overall good place to have a meal. Have plenty of space in the restaurant.
