Panoramic Hotel Khedi in Mtskheta

Bad service over all, when we got there there where a bunch of very young people with little to no will to work, one or two people where helping but the rest took turns on who could do the bare minimum and sit on their phones… it seems like they are forced to stay there with very little pay, but if that’s not the case I would fire half of them and give the rest a warning. Ah, and they charge you 15% service fee… maybe they need proper training and management to know who is supposed to do what at any given moment?? I hope changes are made.

This is a bad example of hospitality. Hotel was overbooked but they found another hotel for us. However, they refused to serve breakfast as we were no longer their guests and breakfast was for guests only. So we had to arrange our own meal a day that is not why you would book a hot

We booked a day ahead but when we arrived, they had a big mess up. As they have there rooms on multiple booking sites, and don’t seem to follow up the booking close enough, we had to go to another hotel (close by but very noisy and with everyone smoking in there rooms)

I was there just accidentally to eat, unfortunately I have missed the cafe with best reviews just next to this hotel. Yes new interior, but food is comical. Hand written menu in school notebook should warn you at first. If you are hungry, choose definitely different restaurant.
