Clean rooms, great service, and a genuinely friendly team especially Lana. They can arrange tours with trusted taxi drivers—ours was George, who was incredibly polite and knowledgeable about all the main tourist spots.
The location is very convenient, just twenty minutes away from the airport, a six-minute away from Liberty Square, and surrounded by a lively souk where you can eat, enjoy coffee, and wander around to discover the city.
Breakfast is delicious, especially the local bread, which is absolutely amazing.

A small hotel next to a large church.

What I liked:
A very warm welcome from the staff. Thank you, Lana!
Rooms are clean and spacious
The bathroom is clean
Some rooms offer a view of the church

What could be improved:
It would be helpful to mention on booking platforms that the terrace is closed, I chose this hotel specifically for the terrace
Provide drinking water daily, not only at check-in
Soundproofing not great really
Breakfast is not very varied and not particularly tasty; an à la carte option could improve the experience
Food should never be served with mold

The room size was okay, the amenities were limited and we're not replenished. The breakfast menu was majorly the same during our 5 days stay. Intercom wasn't there. Water bottles were offered only on the day of arrival. Overall customer experience wasn't nice!! Passable!!

Maria Luis Hotel is a comfortable and well-kept place to stay, offering excellent value and warm hospitality. My room had a stunning view of the Holy Trinity Cathedral, which made the stay even more special. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, and the price was very reasonable for the quality and location.

What stood out the most was the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff — they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable, offering helpful tips and always greeting with a smile. The hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, cafes, and transport options. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Very nice hotel hidden near the Holy Trinity church in Tbilisi. The hotel does not have parking, so take that into consideration. The interior is very nice, the rooms are clean, well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. It is very close to a metro station, cca. 5 minute walk. We only had breakfast, but it was tasty, fresh and everything was clean. Internet was satisfactory and the satellite tv had hundreds of TV stations. Most rooms have a balcony, so smokers are satisfied. The priceing is very good and you get all the promised services. Recommended

Beautifull hotel with decorations, very clean, every Day get cleaned. We also had the best view on the biggest orthodox church across the street, can recommend eating your dinner at kin Khali house

Highly recommend this hotel for being a hospitable and accommodating to their guests specially their receptionist, she is very nice and helpful as well as it is located in the city and an opposite at the Holy Trinity Church which is one of the tourist spot around the city. A very accessible location around the city. Hotel breakfast is amazing and we love it!♥️ Can’t wait to return back on our next holiday trip. Thank you Maria Luis Hotel😍🙏

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The receptionist, Maria, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and came with a balcony, which was a nice touch, offering great views and fresh air.

However, travelers from Asian countries may find it a bit inconvenient as the bathrooms do not have faucets, which could be an essential amenity for some. Additionally, while the breakfast spread was decent, it would be great to see some halal chicken options available, as we only noticed pork during our stay. This small addition could cater to more diverse guests and improve the overall experience.

Perfectly located hotel along with very helpful and supportive staff. Brilliant view of the church. Breakfast could be better. Walking distance from all the main attractions and squares in Tbilisi. Would definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel at a budget.
