Unforgettable Hospitality -
What a sweet and homely place! We were truly blessed to stay here. The host, Manana, is someone out of a film or story book. She is just so authentic and sweet, caring, conversational and fun to be around. She makes an amazing breakfast as well. Her stories are amazing to hear. And of course, her hospitality and warmth are out of this world. Just fantastic people and a beautiful representation of Georgian warmth and hospitality.

The owner is so nice, she even prepared us an early (and delicious) breakfast because we had an early flight. the rooms are spacious, clean, and have an excellent view of the city. Overall great value for money

The owner is so nice and kind. Also the best breakfast we've eaten in our 11 days in Georgia. Although it is a bit far from the old city it is totally worth it if you use bolt app.

Excellent host. Made our stay in Georgia all the more special. The rooms are spacious, but the bathroom is small. Food is excellent, the host cooked for us some delicious food for breakfast. She went out of the way to make sure our stay was comfortable. I will definitely stay here the next time I come to Tbilisi. I don't usually write reviews, but I thought this is the least I can do for this gem of a place.

The view from the hotel can be a sole reason to stay here. A bit far from city centre, but since Bolt taxis are cheap and easily available, don't have to worry about transportation. Cars can be parked on the road. Very calm and peaceful area.

We had the most amazing experience staying at the upstairs hotel - We arrived late in the morning where she served breakfast on the roof balcony with the most amazing views!
- Manana is the sweetest host I’ve ever come across, she’s always up for a good talk and she will teach you so much about Georgia and the culture. I mention I liked this cake one day, every day she made it homemade for breakfast and would even teach me + she made a whole batch to take home.

If you want a special personal vacation place upstairs hotel is for you! We will for sure come back to visit manana and her whole family! 10/10 experience

Rooms very clean and view is absolutely fabulous.
Cant stop raving about the hospitality in this little small Guesthouse.

Ive never written a review about any hotel which I've visited before, but after i stayed in this concern one "upstairs hotel" something push me hardly to do it, it's one of the best hotels that i stayed in , the veiw from its balconies as well as it's terrace, and also the hotel owner a very generous and amazing lady which i felt her like my mom, i felt that iam home in how she cares about us and how she kindly treats us, i have arrived 6 hours before my check-in time then she gaves me an empty room until mine gets available, then i went outside for some reasons and she is the one who transferred my stuff to my room , and also i would like to mention that i reserved with breakfast included, and therefore she cooks a very delicious Georgian traditional food so so amazing a planty of delicious dishes which are unforgettable, and when i am about to check out i found out that i missed my flight then she ask me to stay until my next flight time free of charge, honestly i can't find the words how to describe her remarkable hospitality..
