Beatiful place with great people, everything is cozy and professional at the same time

Lovely hotel!! Everything about this hotel is great. The views, the room, the nice service. Everything is clean and feels new (the hotel is 4 years old) The tasty restaurant serves local Adjaran and Georgian dishes. All freshly cooked. We eat 3 large meals, shared the food for tasting and still did not get to try half of the menu. We loved the panoramic room. Dont think twice before booking.

A lucky coincidence brought me here. An extremely well-kept property with a winery, restaurant and hotel. I ate an excellent beef stew, the meat was extremely tender, slightly spicy, just the way I like it. Everyone here is very friendly and accommodating and speaks English and even a little German. I take a few bottles of red wine with me.

The view is amazing, everything else is subpar: - no mosquito nets on the windows, so in a minute there were like 10 of them, when we arrived - tasteless territory decoration - the room was cleaned, but there were still stains on the carpet; - breakfast without toaster or coffee machine and in general a low variety of options; - staff sleeping in the main lobby

New, modern and cozy cottages. Like in Austria! Hosts were very friendly, but spoke only russian and Georgian. It was well equipped. We even were able to get a nice dinner for decent price there. We just fell in love with this place! Located in the village of Okropilauri, near Shuakhevi, it stands not too far from road but at the same time far from noise surrounded by beautiful nature. I really recommend this place. Beautiful point of view for sea. Very nice and helpful owners (whole family). You can eat there a breakfast or lunch. We used public transport mostly. Bus line No. 10 goes to the centre, fish market and at airport (the stop bus is around 25 minutes from hotel). Bolt costs around 10 lari to the hotel. The room was clean and tidy

We were very lucky to get to this place, where an hour before our arrival in Batumi there were 2 free rooms for 2 families. The atmosphere is beyond words, everything is chilled, a decent bar, good cuisine. The hospitable owners of the hotel and their team listened to all our requests. And the views!!! Photos are not transmitted, of course. At the bottom, a 5-minute drive, the best beach of the coast...

Nice European style hotel. Hot water, air conditioning, WiFi, refrigerator in the room. There is a separate kitchen building on the territory. Good breakfasts. Friendly hostess speaks excellent Russian. Not far from the sea.

It is also very pleasant that we spontaneously booked a place, and when we arrived in a couple of hours everything was ready. Thank you very much for the warm welcome.

The location is great, The store is nearby, The amenities are good. But there's one catch: In the summer, there are traffic jams and it takes a long time to get home.

Situated on a mountain above the sea, it might be a bit of a hike, but you can get there by car. The air is clean, quiet, and peaceful. The apartments are very clean and comfortable.

I loved the stay. Nice rooms, incredible view, great hosts, great restaurant area where the complimentary breakfast is served. 5 min walking distance to the botanical garden. I was very happy with the price as well. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional, safe and quiet family hotel on the top of the mountain with terrific view to Batumi from the windows. Just in neiborhood with Botanical garden. Mountain air, absolutely no moscitos. Arriving by bicycle. I enjoyed a cool drink on the amazing viewing deck. The rooms are adequate with incredible vistas, down the valley to the sea and on to Batumi. I will be back to enjoy the hospitality of these kind hosts. (new restaurant opening in a week's time 4 July 2024)

New large apartments in a new residential complex, comfortable beds, all equipment works. The pool did not work. I had to buy washing powder, dishwashing liquid and garbage bags myself. There is no garbage container near the building, you have to walk a little along the street to the nearest container with garbage. It is a few minutes' walk to the sea, but you have to cross a road with heavy traffic...

It's a bit far from downtown. I recommend it to families who want to enjoy the quiet, but not recommended otherwise. It is an area where traffic is always congested, so it takes about an hour to travel by bus to the city. The accommodations are clean and have a washing machine, which is convenient.

Very nice and cozy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nino was very accommodating. Nice swimming pool and clean rooms. Getting to Batumi city is not a bid deal. Taxis are everywhere, yet, we would recommend booking through yandex / Maxim apps rather than using casual drivers.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at Calligraphy Hotel, as it does not live up to the standard of a 4-star, premium-class hotel. The rooms themselves are nice, but the daily cleaning service needs serious improvement. Towels and toilet paper were only provided after asking several times and during my 6-day stay, the bed sheets were never changed. Breakfast was quite basic and unfortunately not...

Hotel was okay. I liked interior, staff was very nice but the only thing I can complain about is water problems. It’s seaside and they should fix this problem immediately. We're very grateful to the owners of the house. They're the kindest and most hospitable people! We rented two rooms from them for six nights, and they were very welcoming the entire time, helping us out, even giving us a little food. The rooms are lovely – it's rare to find a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette in the room for such a small fee. We highly recommend them!
