Upon arrival, it turned out that bed linen for a fee of 10 GEL per person. There were also no towels in the room, as well as soap and toilet paper. The lack of soap and toilet paper was explained to us by the words: "have you seen the prices of toilet paper." Upon request, we were given soap and toilet paper.
The room we stayed in was not cleaned after the previous tenants. The floor hadn't been washed, the sink hadn't been cleaned, there was a mug of coffee on the windowsill.
A few weeks later, the hotel canceled our booking on Booking, although we were staying at this hotel on those days and paid the full cost of the reservation.
