The hotel's location is very convenient, just ten minute walk from Green Cape beach and the botanical garden.

Good place for escaping busy city!!! Great appartment hotel, with very good value for money and service. Room I was renting, had everything one could need as solo traveller. The cozy valcony with the sea view, is defnitely great benefit. Would recoomend to stay for short and long term stays.

Great hotel, located in the park near Botanical Garden. Fresh air and it’s not so hot here as in the city center. Beach with clear water is located a couple of minutes walk through the park. You can use public bus or taxi to get to the city center. Big clean new rooms, lovely view. Extremely nice and friendly staff

Bad services for Arab I asked for iron two times and I didn't get it, even in the breakfast when i called them they were not responding,
I asked the reception for tissue and he told me that "go and get from the bath room (toilet paper)".
The room didn't have a normal tissue.
Breakfast was not various

It was the best place considering price and quality.
The hosts, the lady and receptionist man were super helpful with always a big smile on their face.
The view from balcony was out breathing, one the most beautiful sunset That I have ever witnessed.
I gues the hotel still new, so the team are working hard to find success path.

A very cozy and atmospheric hotel. I especially liked the atmosphere created for the guests. The administration and staff are all at the highest level. Recommend!!!
