The hotel is situated in a very beautiful place. The views from the room and hotel infrastructure (cafe, pool) are magnificent. The pool is comfortable and nice, the water is clean and warm. We had a short wine tasting from the hotel, the tasting room is beautiful and atmospheric.
Nevertheless they’re some disadvantages which surpass advantages. The room is quite shabby. During our stay an excavator was working steadily under our windows in a daytime creating constant noise. All the plants in the hotel are plastic: it seems quite weird. The food is horrible. Sorry but it was the worst food during our whole stay in Georgia, the cuisine of which is very tasty and rich. The final point was a caterpillar 🐛 in my salad.

Wow, beautiful place, we arrived at midnight,family with 3 children's 22,17,12 the owner of the hotel welcomes us and show us the room, beautiful room big, very clean and the view is amazing. There is a swimming pool in the seventh floor with amazing view, there is a beutiful wine cellar in the hotel with very good wines to taste.
We had a breakfast every day and it was very good with a very good service. We enjoy a lot and will come again

Hotel is super sleezy, not so nice to be with kids...
There was a loud party on the roof top just above the pool, lots of cigarettes and alcohol, "restaurant" was the worst that i ever seen...
And then the deal braker, the room: inside/outside/balcon was full with these bugs from the corn field next to the hotel, it was impossible to be in the room, full of giant bugs and mosquitoes.
We reserved 2 nights but after one hour we asked to cancle the stay, we got half the price.

The view is amazing, everything else is subpar:
- no mosquito nets on the windows, so in a minute there were like 10 of them, when we arrived
- tasteless territory decoration
- the room was cleaned, but there were still stains on the carpet;
- breakfast without toaster or coffee machine and in general a low variety of options;
- staff sleeping in the main lobby

This is such an amazing place to stay, whether for a weekend getaway or a longer holiday. We enjoyed our time there. The views are breathtaking, and the pool and sauna are both clean and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind; they went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests and truly made our stay exceptional.
The rooms are big and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also had the chance to dine at the restaurant, and the food was excellent - delicious and well-prepared. Breakfast was also great.
We’ll definitely be happy to return to this wonderful place again! Highly recommend it!

Friendly staff, comfortable
spacious room with everything you need (tea/coffee/bathroom amenities). Excellent view from panoramic windows. Delicious breakfast, plus the food in the restaurant (Georgian cuisine) is also of a good standard, prices are slightly above average, but this is expected. There is a small pool, also with an excellent view of the mountains, a sauna, table tennis and billiards, but there is not much space by the pool, if there are several companies, it will be a bit crowded. Transfers can be provided for a reasonable price.
