Oasis Gasamania in Batumi

I am giving 1 star only because there is no option to give zero.
I met a friend in Batumi. She came with her family and made a reservation at this hotel as my guests. We chose this hotel despite its very high price because we wanted the children to enjoy themselves. The advertisements clearly stated “all inclusive,” but in reality nothing was included. Spa, hammam, pool, entertainment areas — every single service required extra payment.
What is worse, my guest’s reservation already included breakfast and dinner. On the evening I helped them check in, we had dinner together at the hotel restaurant. I personally ate only one plate of pasta and then left the hotel.
That same night, hotel staff forced my guest to pay an extra 160 pounds, claiming it was for the single plate of food I ate. Charging 160 pounds for one plate of pasta is outrageous and unacceptable. Moreover, they demanded payment aggressively and refused to refund money for services that were never provided. This money was taken under pressure.
We could not find any authority or management to file a complaint about this bullying behavior. This hotel is run by extremely disrespectful, unethical staff and owners who clearly do not care about guests. If they can do this to us after a prepaid reservation, one can only imagine what they might do to others.
Stay away from this hotel. There are many cheaper, higher-quality, and honest hotels in Batumi city center and nearby. Do not be deceived by this place — it is nothing but a service trap and a money trap.

The stay was a disaster from the very beginning. To begin with, reaching the property through narrow village roads jammed with parked and moving back and forth to somehow avoid each other and reach the destination. Then reception staff not able explain Simple payment details in English. We had booked our stay or their website although they asked to pay in cash when we arrived, somehow the side couldn’t charge it from the card attached. However, in case of cancellation the manager explained they would charge from this exact card price for one night. It took about an hour to check in because of this.
Now the room itself was not maintained in good condition. None of the power outlets near the beds worked. We had to disconnect TV and and take turns to charge. Bathroom was in the worst condition with toilet flush getting randomly stuck, water draining from the sink and the shower doors jamming, which ended up falling down on me leaving me with multiple injuries and pieces of broken glass stuck in my feet. Before that my friend fell unconscious on the ground soon after having breakfast( food poisoning not confirmed by ER tests). Yet, she was not able to rest because all the hotel stuff had to walk into the room after the incident.
Thus, even the area is good , poor management made our stay into pain, spending the whole time in the room with terrible headache and bandages.
The hotel management offered us an extra day of stay and a few drinks as an reimbursement. If you think this is fair then you might enjoy staying there.🥺

Elevators was dirty and nobody cleaned it.
Pools are dangerous, tales are broken and you may cut your legs!! In every pool!
Palms pool area is dirty and nobody is checking, also water park area was dirty, there was a lot of cigarettes.
Train is making to much noise even if we was far from it 😀.
Weather was great and views are amazing.
