The worst hotel and personal in the whole country. Everything in the room is stinky, towels, sheets, toilet 🚽. Too noisy, cant sleep neither night or day. A little coffee next always smells food and smoke which is flooding to the rooms and bothering till the midnight. Personal is rude, wanted to leave early of the check out date, faced rudeness by the owner, tried to keep us . No oxygen in the Rooms , cant open the windows .no difference form cell or dungeons

I don't know what it's like at the hotel, but the restaurant was great and the service was very nice, the food was also delicious, greetings to all the busy ladies there

Two nights in Ureki
We spent two nights at the hotel. We had a room with a double bed and a bunk bed for children. The room was cozy and had a balcony overlooking the street. Antonina on reception was very friendly. Although people in Ureki don’t speak English much , we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this hotel recently. The impressions are mixed. On the one hand, the rooms look relatively fresh, it is obvious that there was a renovation, but they have already managed to become a bit shabby. The towels had yellow stains - not the most pleasant. The air conditioner worked somehow strangely: noisy and it is unclear whether it cools at all.

We were especially surprised by the lack of a working reception - no one met us either upon check-in or check-out. All this left the feeling that the hotel is not particularly looked after.

Overall, you can spend the night, but it is definitely not the level of comfort we expected.

The hotel is new, and I'm very pleased with its cleanliness and orderliness! It's located on the second line, and the sea is very easy to reach (just a straight line). The service was excellent; the Russian-speaking staff is always happy to help and answer any questions you may have. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the showers are mold-free. A nice bonus is the on-site cafe, which serves delicious homemade food, including both European and Georgian dishes. I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely come back.

Nice new hotel, clean, parking space. Opposite the hotel there is a restaurant where they cook very tasty. It is better to take a room without breakfast. The hotel needs to either improve the breakfast or remove it, because it spoils the impression.
