Great place to stay in Ureki.
Close to the sea, black sands are awesome.
Service is good, food is tasty.
Rooms are clean, nice and comfy.

We had a very terrible experience while staying at this hotel.Smelly blankets,noisy walls,not friendly stuff and owners. We went with an ellectric car and they didnt have a charger, we asked to turn it on from a regolar plug and even offered to pay for the electricity, but they started a huge fight in the middle of the restaurant, asking to turn it off. As we were staying with our kids we wanted to order fruits, but they didnt have any on the menu, so we asked if its ok if we bring our watermellon and they cut it for us. They agreed but after they brought the whole watermelon and put on the table. It is nonsense, we approached to ask to cut it , the owner herself said that all the waiters are busy, kitcken cant give us a knife so we cut it by ourselves and she clamed that how cant we see that they are busy and even she herselv is working at the restaurant as if it is my business. I am a client and they must serv not complain about their work. We left the same day, couldns stay any longer, because when we asked for baby cots blanket it was smelling awful. This was the last drop.

Pros: 1. The placement of the hotel is perfect, just near the sea. The swimming pool is only suitable for the smallest kids.
2. On the territory there is a comfy fenced place where there is a trampoline, kid's corner and nice pavillions.
3. There is a pretty good breakfast included.
4. The rooms get often half-well cleaned during the stay
Cons: 1. Don't buy the food at the restaurant, apart from maybe Imeruli Khachapuri. The portions are the tiniest I've seen in my life! For the price, it is just a rip-off! Check out the "large" rice + shop (!) nuggets from the kid's menu...
2. Their white bed sheets have yellow stains on them...
3. The apartment's floor wasn't clean from sand and co. as we checked in.
4.The towels don't get replaced during a longer stay (we've spent 5 days).

In terms of hotel, 3.5 of 5. The room was quite big and comfortable, but with a dust on the shelves and furniture. It would be good to have at least kettle there. Nice balcony with a sea view. Breakfast is poor and with low-quality products. There is no actually pool in the hotel - it's a kind of dirty shallow puddle. Children playground is good. Some of staff members are really friendly and helpful (Nika, Beka, Roman), but some are indifferent and insolent like Elena, the manager. Hospitality? What's that?
In terms of restaurant, 3 of 5 (with 'discount' for Shekvetili reality). Some dishes are OK (adjapsandali, chvishtari or pizza), but some are unacceptable (Caesar salad with poor dressing, cheap pelmeni from supermarket with 80% dough by restaurant price or dry chicken cutlet).
No reason to return here.

I would not give even a one star if I could.
I’ve never had such horrible experience with restaurant in my life.
We waitered ourselves, cleaned the tables, brought our own dishes. Part of staff was terrible like you felt sorry to ask them to even do something. Other ones were friendly but did not do anything you asked for.
Waited for half an hour for food that is also disgusting. They did not bring the main dish we ordered because apparently cooks went home, it was late. They offered 1 replacement dish for 4 ordered dishes, because they no longer were able to prepare more.
And about food that came to the table, it was as bad as service. Seriously, I’ve never tasted Lobiani this bad, like how can you do this to Lobiani?
So, we waited ourselves, did not get food, and went home hungry.

I would like to write a review about the restaurant. All products fresh, therefore delicious! Most of all we liked ajaruli khachapuri, salads, barbecue meat, desserts, GEORGIAN Bier and wine🤩. Special offer was desserts like Tiramisu also milkshakes and smoothies. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially for families with kids as there is a special children’s menu.
