This hotel is an unfortunate example of a decent infrastructure undermined by post Soviet service mentality and cost cutting in wrong places. The day we arrived was warm day in October. I’ve staid in this hotel multiple times and always meets my expectations. It’s clean, nice and convenient. Location is excellent as it’s pretty much in the Tsinandali Park. Breakfast is nice too, and access to the pool is great advantage. Nina always goes above and beyond and all the staff is very helpful.

Very nice hotel, the environment and facilities are very good, the breakfast is extremely rich and delicious, and there is also a wine cellar tour course. The front desk also upgraded me to a third-floor view room for free. It's worth the price.

We stayed in a building, and as soon as we walked out we saw rows of pottery jars, each with a glass door facing a vineyard. There was an outdoor swimming pool, and the sunset was beautiful. The hotel service was good, clean, and the environment was good. The surrounding area is a bit deserted, so it is not easy to find, so pay attention to the road signs.

Great resort at a super nice lake. Landscape and the hotel facilities are clearly the highlight. The new gym with proper equipment was my personal highlight. A bit pricey but definitely nice especially with children.

This is quite a remarkable resort in a country still trying to free itself from the long shadow of former Soviet domination. The setting is pristine, with a beautiful lake and extensive grounds. Poor service, water in the shower is almost cold. SPA wasn't fully functional, even though I asked before booking if it was working and was told that it was. When I asked to check out early with partial refund for these reasons, they refused my request.

The only drawback is the distance from centre of town, but since this is a resort, it is acceptable. It has beautiful grounds, outside swimming pools (one of olympic size) and also has an indoor pool, gym, pathways in a green area with many trees, nice premises and a good restaurant. Beautiful property, wonderfully decorated. I do like a crisp, cold lager on a hot day, however, I did not find a beer that I enjoyed here - I'm not a fan of hoppy beer. The people were lovely.
