Terrifying experience – falsely accused of damage, extremely rude staff, avoid this hotel.
Review:
We had a very disturbing and unacceptable experience at Hotel Kabadoni. At checkout, the staff suddenly accused us of “breaking a window” in the room and demanded USD 400–6700 without any proof. The window was already damaged earlier and we had no involvement. They were extremely rude, refused to speak in English, and constantly talked about us in Georgian, making us feel humiliated and targeted.
They even called the police, but the police themselves felt the hotel’s claim was unreasonable and possibly an attempt to blame guests for pre-existing damage. The manager refused to sign the official police report and behaved aggressively throughout. We spent almost 5 hours dealing with this unnecessary harassment.
This was the worst hospitality we have ever experienced. I strongly warn travellers, especially families and international guests, to avoid this hotel for your safety and peace of mind.

The location is fantastic, with stunning views from the window, and the room facilities are also quite good.
The initial receptionist was an older woman who wasn't very friendly; we had to give her a long list of reasons before she would do anything we asked for help. Later, a younger woman took over, and she was very enthusiastic.

Overall, the hotel is good. It's centrally located, convenient, and the restaurant has a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view. I'm deducting a point for the service; it's really weird that you can't pay in cash or anything. They only ask for a card. For the restaurant and any extras, that's really weird. There's also no water cooler. The complimentary water is okay as a basic service, but then there are no other options except the minibar, which you can't pay for in cash unless you get some kind of receipt and an explanation that there are no other options. So, they let you pay in cash, but I don't understand the point of all this hassle.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to reach various attractions, and the restaurant has a fantastic view.

No air condition, even no evaluator next morning. Breakfast sucks, waiting for half an hour for omelet and didn’t come, order special coffee and still waiting for 30 minutes only get coffee machine instead. The breakfast is 50Gel, totally unbelievable, it worth no more than 5 Gel!

The hotel has a great location, the restaurant has a beautiful view, and you can see even further from the fourth floor. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were very welcoming. The rooms were clean and the facilities were good.

The room is very nice and the location is good. You can see the whole Sighnaghi. The hotel is well-equipped, except that the swimming pool is indoors. The front desk service is also very good. It is highly recommended and worth the money. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

This hotel is located in the heart of Sighnaghi, the city of love. It has the best location and the rooms are quite clean. It's a shame that breakfast wasn't served, but the sunset view from the restaurant...

The hotel is right next to the Love Wall and on the top of the town, so the scenery is unbeatable. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and sanitary. The bathroom is large and fully equipped. It is a great treat to have breakfast on the balcony outside the restaurant. The staff provided great service and returned the skin care products I left behind when I checked out. Thank you very much! Recommended!
