Chateau Artwine Hotel in Telavi

I was a guest at the wedding of our friends at this Chateau, and I have couple of things to say about this place.
1. The first impression was amazing, the location is gorgeous, the mountains around are very beautiful, no soul is around (important for the other points). The staff was helpful.
2. The rooms were also great, nice interior, everything was clean and new, and I was very excited about our party.

Now to the tea.
Everything was running pretty smoothly, but at some point the things started to go down the hill. It started with the cocktails that were offered by the staff, but nobody told us that the couple has to pay extra for them! Okay, whatever, we didn’t focus on that and continued partying and having a great time. Then our music was turned off. I personally thought it was an issue with electricity, as it happened this evening before.
I went to my friends who were talking to the staff and was shocked, how the staff was acting. A person introduced himself as security told us we need to go sleep because the neighbours MIGHT complain. As I mentioned, the hotel was in the middle of nowhere ( also keep in mind the road from Tiflis takes 4,5 hours). We offered different options, like go inside or make it quieter, but all ideas were denied in a rude manner. No other reason was given to us why we need to finish our celebration.
The woman that starred herself 5 was enjoying the escalation, while the waiters were packing our food. The mood was destroyed, everyone was upset. I felt very sad and angry that the night was ruined for my friends.

If you think we didn’t discuss the conditions before, you are wrong. This location was chosen, BECAUSE it was far from people and we could party without worrying. It was CONFIRMED by the hotel that we can do so, and the couple booked the whole venue for us ( imagine the costs). And what we get? Fake reviews, no proper comment from the owners here, no internal process review or any wish to make it up for the couple .
