This is our second stay at Nazy's. Today we enjoyed using the new mountain bikes to explore across the other side and further up the valley. As before we are enjoying food that is "beyond fresh" as it is grown and prepared on site - yesterday's white coffee had to wait for the cow to return home for milking. Full marks for food and hospitality.
This is a Muslim household so there a few extra rules such as no alcohol or smoking, no outdoor shoes inside etc. This is explained clearly and really isn't a problem to most people.
The area is great for exploring nature and seeing a more traditional rural way of life - something of a refuge from modern chaos. It helps if you can entertain yourself as there aren't many entertainments locally as yet. Nazy can arrange a variety of activities from guided walks around the village to high altitude horse trekking taking a few days for the more adventurous.
