Decent place, good and friendly caretakers Larisa and Nino.
Fairly good location. At the bottom of the house there is a non-stop supermarket. Near metro station. There are many good inexpensive cafes nearby where you can eat Georgian cuisine dishes (khinkali, khachapuri ...). There is a nearby shop where milk and cheese are sold, and there are shops where bread is baked.
But the place is relatively far from the historical part of Tbilisi. But on the subway with a transfer to another branch you can reach the historical center of Tbilisi in half an hour.
A bit noisy was in the room, tk. she went out on Bactrioni street. But if you close the windows, it is not noisy at night.
The room is clean, good big bed, clean in the toilet and bathroom. The kitchen has a kettle, tile, refrigerator.
Initially, we booked 8 days, paid in full, but the plans changed and the owner without any problems returned the remainder with understanding. Thank you for understanding and good rest with you!
