Since this is something out of our control , I requested hotel to provide me some refund of not 100% refund
But unfortunately, the hotel unapologetically refused to refund anything , and is not even replying to my mails (from my email id -- viralshah77@gmail.com . I did not expected such unprofessional behaviour from such brand
This was supposed to be the first ever Europe tour wit my family and unfortunate got cancelled , we are surely heart broken as unable to see wonderful Georgia , but the behaviour from Ski resort is even more heart breaking
