Tm Apart Hotel in Tbilisi

I recently stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately, this time my experience was disappointing.

Before my arrival, I confirmed the booking and agreed on a price of 130 GEL per night per room (520 GEL total) directly with the hotel via WhatsApp. However, I accidentally booked the wrong dates (September 4-6 instead of 3-5). When I arrived at 2 am after a long 5 hour drive, I explained the mistake and asked if we could adjust the stay to the correct dates.
The receptionist asked me to wait, spoke with someone for about 15 minutes, and then informed me that the new price would be 160 GEL per night per room (640 GEL total). I was very tired and accepted it, but it didn’t feel fair. The hotel was not fully booked, so there was no issue of availability. I would understand if they charged more for the first night due to the date change, but raising the price for both nights felt like taking advantage of the situation.

What made this even more disappointing is that this was not my first time here. My family and I had stayed at this hotel several times before, especially when attending football matches, and we used to love it because of its location. But after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable booking it again.

This hotel is often visited by not quite adequate people who allow themselves to throw food, garbage, cans and bottles of vodka right from the balcony and roof onto the street. Apparently, they carry all this past the administrator so as not to pay double the price. Take care of yourself, even when passing by this hotel, otherwise another thrown bottle can hit you in the head.

The hotel with loud music after 00:00, I have video with proofes. My child is ill now, with high temperature and he couldn’t sleep well because of music. The breakfast are bad, I even don’t want to describe. The food at the the pool is untasty, a lot of sauses, cucumbers in salad were bitter, the service is bad we ordered someday private dinner and we gathered all durty dishes by myself. . Don’t believe reviews, it seems like reviews are fake. The cleaning of rooms was also bad,they even give us the bottle of water which was used by someone. I am so upset of service.

Very bad experience.. will not come again to this hotel.. the service is very bad.. receptionists are not friendly, as when I askd for anything like water, clothes iron and adaptors they told to come down to get them.. so upset.. 😭 the worst thing was when I found insect 🐜 in my bed and it was biting me.. another thing that when I asked for tissues for my face the receptionist 👩🏼 told me to take it from bathroom 🤮🤢.. in addition the breakfast is not good..
The air conditioning is very very baaaaaad ..
