We booked a Family Suite directly on the hotel’s website (17–21 Dec, 4 nights). When we arrived on 17 Dec, the hotel refused to provide the Family Suite and pushed us to accept either (a) a “bigger standard room” or (b) split rooms—impossible for us because we were traveling with two kids (8 years old). No proper explanation was given.

Despite this, they charged the full Family Suite price, but put us in Room 208 with multiple issues: constant lift noise, no city view, an uncomfortable extra bed for the kids, and the room was extremely cold (kids’ health was affected).

We complained every day and asked to speak to the manager. Reception repeatedly blocked this (“he left / didn’t come”) and refused to share any manager contact. Reception attitude was dismissive and unhelpful.
This experience ruined our family holiday—not recommended.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Their service is very good, the rooms are nice, and the staff is extremely cooperative. I would definitely recommend staying here Specially thanks to miss Nino and Natali

Staff is very friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean. The breakfast Buffett was filling and had good varieties. The hotel is very close to the airport. There was no pool or sauna, but most of the staff were smiling and professional especially Nino, she is a charm.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT SLEEP! The sound was awful. For three nights of my stay they had loud parties in the restaurant. I am unsure of the licenses and regulations for restaurants and night clubs but the volume of music was extremely loud. I was on the 4th floor and had earplugs in whilst the party was on the 7th floor, I'm sure given the volume they violated noise levels and regulations for this type of establishment as this noise went on until 12am midnight. They also cancelled the bookings of some of my friends who had reserved months in advance without and prior communication so this ruined our logistics. Two of my friends also reported a member of staff entering their room in the middle of the night with the hotel's key card and when they complained they were told 'he's new' with no empathy to how scary this was for them and a complete violation. Would not recommend.

Awful experience! A male staff member walked into my room at 06:44am while still in bed using his key card without knocking. I was so scared and yelled yes out loud and he walked out and said sorry. So scary.
When I complained the receptionist guy just dismissed everything I said with it’s okay, he made a little mistake he is new.
Don’t leave anything in your room, staff will remove it. I had placed a Do not disturb sign so they don’t enter my room and touch my stuff but they still came in anyway.
Food is terrible.
Staff rude and unprofessional.
Rooms not as shown in the pics.
They canceled many of our groups rooms just a day before without reason and when we arrived to complain they just ignored and said it’s booking not them.

If you don’t want a last minute heart attack and a random/unprofessional whatsapp message from the hotel’s reception that they won’t be able to allocate the room to you, please don’t book this property. I had prepaid and booked 2 nights in advance and 6 hours before my check in I get a message saying that they won’t be able to provide me the room because some guest met with some accident. That was a blatant lie! When I enquired further, they were not able to justify and just said they wont allocate the room! I had to pay absurd high price to book somewhere else in the last minute. This hotel has been the worst experience in my life so far!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly, which made us feel right at home. Everything was well-organised and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.
