Pros: Stunning view from the hotel rooms on the river. The hotel itself is located on the edge of the cliff which was absolutely gorgeous 😍 The rooms were very authentic and cosy. The restaurant as well has a river view and the georgian food at the restaurant was delicious. We chose this hotel close to our wedding venue to accommodate our guests as well which love the hotel as well. And it was a win win situation. I can imagine in summer how mesmerising this place would be, especially with their open air restaurant.
Hotel manager was very kind and flexibility as we had some last minute cancellations 😞
Cons: Basic tea and coffee beside the breakfast was changeable. Although rooms had teapot and cups. Breakfast was too late. Unfortunately staff was not much helpful with any information we asked Although they were very kind and welcoming. During 5 day stay no rooms service was provided. (Not sure if we should have asked for it)
Overall it was good stay in authentic hotel that gives you a very welcoming and cosy feelings

Beautiful view, very polite staff. The only problem was there seemed to be too many bugs and spiders in my room. I hope they fix that problem because it would've been perfect otherwise.

This hotel probably used to be very good...
The room was ok. They have mugs and kettle if you want to make tea or coffee but they charge you extra to give you a sachet of instant coffee or tea ...
The breakfast was very poor and started at 10 the receptionist doesn't speak English.

The absolute best, kindest, warmest and fantastic experience ever. 10/10 will ALWAYS come here. Jana and her team are the absolute best there is. I really mean it and appreciate everything they did to make our stay amazing

only for guests travelling with own car. But then: the wooden terrasse gives you a look like in africa to the the river and the city. Service and rooms in the hotel are great - although there is no fridge in the room! The restaurant is one of the best we had on our journey through Georgia and Armenia: really home made the best!! If you are travelling with own car: this hotel is a must!!!

Great views of the river, nice staff, room was big, everything was very comfortable, clean and nice. Delicious food in the restaurant. It was a very enjoyable experience.

This is the worst hotel ever in Georgia!!! Would never recomend only if you want to be scammed.
They are very rude and don’t even clean the rooms!
View is beutifull but rooms are dirty and smell very bad!
All walls are wet and moldy
And get ready to be woken up in the middle of the night! And yelled at!
The manager is is psycho and after midnight she becomes creepy!!
All rooms are always open and empty,super creepy!!!
Was only me and 2 other people and looked like she wanted to kill us. We couldn’t sleep all night
All night I heard creepy sounds and someone running back and forth in the hall / maybe the manager is a vampire 🧛♀️???😰
All this in not a joke
It’s your choice if you want a good sleep or not

Worst hotel I ever been!!! Will never recomend this place. Manager is very rude and 6 hours in my sleep they started banging on the room and woke me up They said to leave.

We just visited the restaurant. Amazing views, great food, kind and patient service. Reasonably priced.
