Poor hotel. Not recommended at all. Plus if I can remove the star I will do it. Not clean. No respect for reservation. All rooms have the smell of cigarettes. Bathrooms of all the rooms are not clean and need restoration, plus its not comfortable at all.
The owner lady doesn't appear and she don't care about the customers. And who is helping here, don't know how to smile even.
Doors of the rooms are next to each other and not the same.
Poor hotel and should be in hostel category.

We booked for two nights but couldn’t check in because we arrived at midnight (checkin time is limited to 2pm-7pm). Despite us not being able to sleep there, the hotel didn’t refund our prepayment. I cannot say anything about the facilities, but this is bad style .

Our bed was unconfortable. Furthermore You can listen all the noise from our neighbors rooms even small one. But the worst thing is that we booked a taxi for coming back to the airport at 2 am we paid in advance 40 lari but we wait for the taxi but it didn't come and we cannot talk with anyone because they don't have a night receptionist. We asked for the money back by email and whatsup and they didn't answer us. A terrible hotel experience.

Place is clean, in the middle of town and also has a very good price.
But there is absolutely no service and also the street you're at is very confusing for taxis to get to.

Reasonable price, good location although little far from the metro station. Wifi fine. Air conditioned room. You can get a few printouts for free by requesting the staff. Downsides are the room (at least the one I stayed in) had a few steps inside. Not at all suitable for persons using a wheelchair and even disturbing for people without special needs.
