We liked everything very much, we especially want to note the hospitality and kindness of the owner. He allowed us to check in early, was ready to meet us and take us to the station, and did everything to make our stay comfortable.
Separately, we note the very good location, all the main attractions are within walking distance.

Room has a bad odour coming from bathroom. Room is very basic just 2 bunk bed with a wood table. Only advantage is the location. If you have any other preference highly recommend to go with that. It has a spooky hidden camera in hallway insidea huge sunflower (Kind of strange behavior for a hotel to have hidden camera).

We had two great nights in this lovely hotel. Levan is very kind and helpful. Hotel location is amazing. At the centre of city. Rooms are clean and there is powerful air conditioner. We were really happy. Thanks.

Very welcoming, great location, amazing price… that’s the recipe of a great hotel… the atmosphere in this hotel makes you feel like home! This is one of the best thing you need when you travel. Very close to all the important parts of the old Tbilisi and there is a cafe downstairs in case you came back tired and don’t want to go away for a snacks or a drink. Levan is very kind and he make sure that you are fine and you have everything you are looking for. He always ask if everything is fine, he always make sure that you are happy and satisfied with everything in this building. Thank you Levan for giving me this feeling!

Very helpful hosts. We felt like at home. The hotel is clean and comfortable, rooms are spacious, well equipped. It is situated in the charming house and in a great central location that makes it convenient to see the city
