Was here for a day. Decent rooms at a reasonable price. All necessary toiletries were provided along with towels. The toilets were all clean. The location is a little away from the city center but there is a Metro station at 10 mins walking distance.

We came as a couple to visit the capital, Sakartvelo. We found wonderful, welcoming hosts, a married couple from St. Petersburg. Sergey helped with logistics around the city and beyond, for which we are especially grateful.
It was clean, comfortable, and warm (we were there in December), with decent Wi-Fi. You could tell there was a warm welcome, from the people there and for the people there. They recommended a place a 7-minute walk away where you could grab a good bite. We went to a meeting with a late departure.
We were extremely pleased with our experience. If we ever return to Tbilisi, we already know where we'll stay.

Everything is great, the owner Serezha is very polite and charming! Just a cutie! The room is clean, the kitchen is comfortable, the location is just super convenient! The metro is three hundred meters away, the bus stop is nearby. And you can also buy some wonderful wine from the owner!

A quiet and peaceful hotel, with a very polite and helpful receptionist, Ilya.
The hosts are very responsible. They showed us everything, explained everything, and offered many helpful tips. Despite some confusion during the booking process, everything was resolved before we had a chance to panic. It's clear they live by the principle of "Let your 'yes' mean 'yes' and your 'no' mean 'no.'" The overall impression was very positive. I definitely recommend it, and if we decide to visit Tbilisi again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

In my opinion, the hotel has a great location: close to the old town, the airport, and the Ortachala bus station. There are shops, beauty salons, cafes, public transportation stops, and the metro nearby.
The rooms are quite spacious (the walls and ceilings are comfortable), and the furniture and mattresses are comfortable. Each room has a private bathroom.
The hotel also has a shared kitchen, so guests can save money on breakfast in restaurants. Plus, if you have an early excursion or flight, the hotel kitchen, available 24/7, is a great way to recharge before a new adventure!
The hotel reception is open 24/7. Transfers can be arranged to anywhere in Georgia.

Great community and friendly vibe, rooms were clean and cozy with nice view on the city, also a rooftop. 1 min from metro and shops. Best priced in Tbilisi!
