Great hotel for the price. Not much happening in terms of common spaces or lobby, though the shared terrace (+hammock!) is nice. Spaceous room with comfortable beds, decent bathroom, private balcony which is delightful after a long day of hiking. Friendly and helpful host.

Lady Nino is very nice and helpfull
She is offering dinner and breakfast plus sharing recommendations about places worth visiting. She let us park our car for time when we were hiking Kazbeck. She waited for us and prepare dinner at midnight when we returned. Rooms nice and clean.

Great family hotel! We stayed here by chance; our mountain tour operator booked it for us. We loved it so much. You couldn’t ask for better. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and some offer stunning views of the mountains. The hotel is close to the village center but not on the main road, making it quiet and safe. It's also pet-friendly; we saw other visitors with dogs, and the hotel has its own huge, friendly dog. The host, Nino, is extremely friendly and makes you feel like a relative you've known for years. If and when I am back in the village, I will definitely stay at this place again. 5 stars!

Stunning views from our bedroom and the terrace. We had a lovely time here. The lady Nino is very welcoming and friendly, she gave us a warm welcome. Even she doesn't speak much English but we used Google Translate to communicate. She made sure we are comfortable with our room and service. She even offered us homemade breakfast but we politely refused as we wanted to explore the near around restaurants (and now we think we should have accepted 😀)
The location is really great as its walkable from many restaurants.
The terrace is a perfect place to enjoy the early morning coffee or late night board games with family.
The washroom has a fully functioning hot water supply and that's a plus if you're with kids. They have a free wifi too.
They have a friendly pet dog too 🤩

We stayed in Kazbegi for 2 nights. STUNNING VIEWS from my bed. Cozy homie vibes. The room is very clean and neat. Comfortable bed and blanket. Hot shower is working perfectly. Plus Nino is very kind and helpful even she only speak a bit English. The location just few minutes walk from the main road and good restaurants around. I had wonderful time here ❤️

The rooms are okay, host is very friendly, but we don't suggest to have breakfast there. Besides the terrace is for common use, so it's not a big drama if you just take rendom room without additional cost for mountain view.

Cozy home hotel very close to the main road from Lars to the center of Georgia. This is very important when you are driving closer to the night, you are tired and really want to relax. At the same time, the noise of the road is not heard, because the hotel is not on the road, but in a quiet street. The rooms are new, solid and beautiful. Beds are clean and soft. Bathroom with everything you need, everywhere comfortable and tasteful. From the veranda a wonderful view, mountains to the sky from all sides. We dined at Panorama nearby, where it is also cozy and tasty, and had breakfast at the hotel. We were served scrambled eggs with sausages, pancakes, Turkish coffee and homemade jam. Fruits were given along the way. Yes, we were in this room with our big Labrador dog, who also liked everything very much. In general, this hotel is dog friendly. It has its own wonderful St. Bernard, and there are many dogs among the residents. We hope to return.

I really liked the hotel and its owners. The hotel is brand new, the rooms have new furniture, appliances, beds, linens. Good soundproofing, large and clean rooms.
There is private parking on site. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts. Breathtaking view of the mountains from the window.
