Vanilla Sky Georgia in Natakhtari

Vanilla Sky arranges a shuttle to the airport that leaves at a scheduled time and from a scheduled place. Due to an accident on the road, we arrived at the shuttle pick up spot with only 5 minutes to spare, only to find that the shuttle has departed early. We paid a taxi to take us to the airport and, when we arrived, we raised the issue with airline representative. At first we were told that we were mistaken and the the shuttle never leaves early. When we presented the rep with proof in the form of timestamped Bolt reciepts, we were called liars. The rep then summoned the shuttle driver who yelled at us and again called us liars. If booking with this tour operator, I would advise taking into account their bad manners and deceitfulness.

very disappointed. exchange about 30 email with vanillasky stuff before i have to manage to buy tickets other way. flights was canceled due bad weather but never get refund or reply for my emails :( . no more ....

I wish I would have heeded the poor reviews! Although flying is much quicker and cheaper than driving, its best to just assume that this option doesn't exist. Customer service in purchasing tickets was poor but I checked every day until tickets were released. I then bought tickets online and got a confirmation but was not emailed tickets. I emailed back 3 times asking if I had tickets and never did I get a reply. What is odd is that they answered other questions but not the critical one. The day before, I just showed up to see if indeed I had a ticket and they said they did not. Although they sold me one, they cancelled it on me. Luckily they refunded me but the total lack of communication derailed the trip and caused us to make last second plans resulting in more expensive hotels and drivers.

I've flown on small prop planes many times before so I know that the weather can really affect flights. The bad reviews on those grounds, I disregarded but the truly awful customer service, logistics and business operations of this company should scare all reasonable people away.

Simply, it is not worth the risk if you are planning a vacation with any moving pieces.

Despite the fact schedule on their web page says there is flight from Mestia to Tbilisi every day, it is not possible to buy tickets for weeks. They are not answering emails and phone calls. So unprofessional! If you rely on their flight, it os possible you will have to change your plans and reschedule your trip. This is surely not the way to treat costumers.

They can not answer your questions at all i asked them about their tour and prices because nothing is clear on their website it took them 1 week to answer and what did they say you may ask? They said how can we help when i literally asked them the question completely then again i repeated my question and it took them again several days to answer and they just mentioned their tours and not the prices and other question which i asked , i don't know they are purposely doing this or they are super dumb

As others reviews mention, absolutely no one here answers their phone. It's equally impossible to book air tickets correctly using the website. How Georgian.

They have strict luggage weight limits listed on the website but it's not clear anywhere if you can pay for extra luggage.

Take a GoTrip car to Mestia and save yourself the headache.

If they fly, they are great. If not - you might get in trouble as the communication can be lacking. We flew to Mestia. On the way there the flight was delayed by 5 hours, which was fine given they sent an email the day before. The flight itself went well and the shuttle was on time (the location is on the opposite side of the street from the bike statue next to Radisson Iveria).
On the way back however, there was no announcement and the flight got cancelled. We had to take a 9 hour car+bus drive back, which is not pleasant.
