Our plane got cancelled only 2 hours before the flight, so planning got really difficult because of the last minute announce. Weather report showed perfect condition to fly. Moreover, booking for more than 1 person is almost impossible due to the slow website and short time offered when writing the details.

It's for the Airline:
Terrible customer service, literally cancelled the flight after the scheduled Transfer time. Beautiful weather but appearantly not beautiful enough for the plane. We are now stranded in Tbilisi with no other way to get out, afraid for our lives, literally noone speaks english and everyone is trying to scam you. Might sue for false imprisonment and emotional damages.

Vanilla Sky arranges a shuttle to the airport that leaves at a scheduled time and from a scheduled place. Due to an accident on the road, we arrived at the shuttle pick up spot with only 5 minutes to spare, only to find that the shuttle has departed early. We paid a taxi to take us to the airport and, when we arrived, we raised the issue with airline representative. At first we were told that we were mistaken and the the shuttle never leaves early. When we presented the rep with proof in the form of timestamped Bolt reciepts, we were called liars. The rep then summoned the shuttle driver who yelled at us and again called us liars. If booking with this tour operator, I would advise taking into account their bad manners and deceitfulness.

very disappointed. exchange about 30 email with vanillasky stuff before i have to manage to buy tickets other way. flights was canceled due bad weather but never get refund or reply for my emails :( . no more ....

I wish I would have heeded the poor reviews! Although flying is much quicker and cheaper than driving, its best to just assume that this option doesn't exist. Customer service in purchasing tickets was poor but I checked every day until tickets were released. I then bought tickets online and got a confirmation but was not emailed tickets. I emailed back 3 times asking if I had tickets and never did I get a reply. What is odd is that they answered other questions but not the critical one. The day before, I just showed up to see if indeed I had a ticket and they said they did not. Although they sold me one, they cancelled it on me. Luckily they refunded me but the total lack of communication derailed the trip and caused us to make last second plans resulting in more expensive hotels and drivers.

I've flown on small prop planes many times before so I know that the weather can really affect flights. The bad reviews on those grounds, I disregarded but the truly awful customer service, logistics and business operations of this company should scare all reasonable people away.

Simply, it is not worth the risk if you are planning a vacation with any moving pieces.

Despite the fact schedule on their web page says there is flight from Mestia to Tbilisi every day, it is not possible to buy tickets for weeks. They are not answering emails and phone calls. So unprofessional! If you rely on their flight, it os possible you will have to change your plans and reschedule your trip. This is surely not the way to treat costumers.
